Abbiamo assaggiato molti tipi di carne e ci hanno soddisfatto ampiamente tutti, i contorni sono stati leggeri e gradevoli. Camerieri e titolari gentili disponibili. Decisione azzeccatissima .Location spartana pulita e piacevole. Un angolo del locale è dedicato alla macelleria uno alla gastronomia e fa ottima mostra un espositore cassaforte di carni frullate da un minimo di 40 giorni a un anno.Da segnalare lo staff presente e attento al cliente disponibile a delucidare con un ottima preparazione in materia e a consigliare. Servizio veloce ma non affrettato.Ho scelto un tris di carne carne alla zingara , battuta al coltello e cruda agli agrumi .Ottimo piatto di qualità. Poi ho scelto una grigliata ottimamente preparata. Gustosa la focaccia . Vino buono . Prezzo adeguato alla qualita .Da ritornarci sicuramente presto. Spartan location clean and pleasant. A corner of the room is dedicated to the butcher's one to the gastronomy and an exhibitor is safe an exhibit of pureed meats from a minimum of 40 days to a year. to advise. Fast but not rushed service. I chose a trio of meat with gypsy meat, chopped with a knife and raw with citrus fruits. Excellent quality dish. Then I chose a perfectly prepared barbecue. The focaccia is tasty. Good wine. Price suitable for quality. Definitely coming back soon. Congratulations guys !!!!!

Eravamo fuori, complice un'ottima meteo, avevamo prenotato, i posti non sono numerosi. Ottima carne cruda davvero, quella marinata agli agrumi eccezionale. Se si sceglie la fiorentina, il titolare ti fa scegliere che tipo di carne e taglio, con molte spiegazioni appassionate. Abbiamo provato anche un vino, il Pelaverga di Verduno, rosso quasi peppato, sorprendente ed ottimo. Non sono un specialista ma questo vino si abbinava benissimo alla carne. Ottimo il servizio, discreto, veloce. Bella serata, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, ci ritorneremo! It had been a while that we wanted to try this restaurant, we were delighted! We were out, thanks to the excellent weather, we had booked, the seats are not numerous. Really great raw meat, that exceptional citrus marinade. If you choose the Florentine, the owner lets you choose what kind of meat and cut, with many passionate explanations. We also tried a wine, the Pelaverga di Verduno, an almost peppery red, surprising and excellent. I am not a specialist but this wine paired very well with meat. Excellent service, discreet, fast. Nice evening, good value for money, we will be back!

Neanche in un ristorante medio-alto viene dedicata così tanta attenzione al cliente. Solo in seguito, lascio le foto che parlano da sole della qualità della carne. Ordunque, non spreco parole. E	Enea Giorgis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato una grigliata mondiale per due persone a 26€ a porzione ci sono stati portati due amburger composti secondo noi da avanzi di carne non venduta nel reparto macelleria con dubbio sapore, e due costate una con osso cruda e l'altra completamente piena di nervi cartilagine e grasso... impossibile da deglutire, le nostre mogli due amburger croccante conditi e speziati da nascondere il vero sapore della carne ... Totale 123€ per 4 persone, per quella cifra si ha la speranza di mangiare veramente carne di qualità. Ordered a world grill for two people at € 26 per serving we were brought two hamburgers made up in our opinion of leftover meat not sold in the butchery department with dubious flavor, and two ribs one with raw bone and the other completely full of cartilage nerves and fat ... impossible to swallow, our wives two crispy seasoned and spiced hamburgers to hide the real taste of the meat ...
