★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastica esperienza culinaria. Ottimo il filetto di manzo al nero d’avola; La location è accogliente, ristrutturato di recente (così dicono). Dolci fantastici, dalle cassatine alle torte. Personale qualificato e accogliente; Consigliato vivamente a chi vuole trovare un po’ di Sicilia di Montalbano tra i colli Romani.
 Fantastic dining experience. The fillet of beef with avola black is excellent; The location is welcoming, recently renovated (so they say). Fantastic desserts, from cassatine to cakes. Qualified and welcoming staff; Highly recommended for those who want to find a bit of Sicily of Montalbano in the Roman hills.

Costo medio 30€ A persona,sono stata diverse volte perché oltre al menù che si rinnova spesso organizzano eventi fantastici con un prezzo fisso ed una qualità e attenzione ai piatti mai vista! Lo stesso vale per il personale di sala,persone pronte a consigliarvi. Ottima anche la lista dei vini..Il locale è molto piccolo è intimo ospita 25/30 persone. A cena dal giovedì al sabato mentre gli altri gg si può pattuite un menù personalizzato per eventi personali
Excellent cuisine, for the first time the quality is definitely higher than the price. Average cost € 30 per person, I have been several times because in addition to the renewed menu, they often organize fantastic events with a fixed price and quality and attention to dishes never seen before! The same goes for the dining room staff, people ready to advise you. The wine list is also excellent. The restaurant is very small and intimate with 25/30 people. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le aspettative erano alte dopo aver letto le recensioni e viste le foto dei piatti e devo dire di essere usciti molto soddisfatti dalla cena fatta insieme ad amici.
In posizione molto nascosta in una strada non di passaggio, il locale si presenta bene per essere un bar/tavola calda che la sera si trasforma in un ristorante con piatti originali e rivisitati della cucina siciliana. Ottima l'accoglienza da parte del giovane chef ed encomiabile l'attenzione rivolta alla celiachia di uno dei commensali.
I piatti sono tutti ben preparati e presentati; ho molto apprezzato anche i piatti fuori menù: tortelli di ricotta dolce e cannella con ragù di maialino nero e le guance di maialino brasate al Nero d'Avola. Anche i dolci sono degni di nota: ottimi sia il cannolo scomposto sia il semifreddo alla ricotta e pere. Interessante la carta dei vini ed il vino proposto (Catarratto 2016 delle cantine Fazio) veramente inusuale. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto vantaggioso con gli sconti TheFork.
Tornando in zona, non mancheremo di passare a trovarli.
Expectations were high after reading the reviews and seeing the photos of the dishes and I must say that I came out very satisfied from the dinner with friends.
In a very hidden position in a non-passing street, the place looks good to be a bar / diner that in the evening turns into a restaurant with original and revisited dishes of Sicilian cuisine. The young chef's welcome was excellent and the attention paid to celiac disease by one of the diners was commendable.
The dishes are all well prepared and presented; I also very much appreciated the off-menu dishes: sweet ricotta and cinnamon tortelli with black pork ragout and pork cheeks braised in Nero d'Avola. The desserts are also noteworthy: both the decomposed cannoli and the ricotta and pear semifreddo are excellent. The wine list is interesting and the wine proposed (Catarratto 2016 from the Fazio cellars) is truly unusual. Very advantageous value for money with TheFork discounts.
Returning to the area, we will not fail to visit them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità del cibo in generale molto buona, su alcune specialità, come gli arancini, nella media considerando che il bar si trova a Roma. Non si può dire lo stesso riguardo la cordialità e la cortesia del proprietario.
Food quality in general very good, on some specialties, such as arancini, average considering that the bar is located in Rome. The same cannot be said about the friendliness and courtesy of the owner.

Ottima qualità della materia prima in tutti i piatti da quelli di terra a quelli di mare preparati dal giovane (solo anagraficamente) chef Rosario, molto preparato e con tantissima passione che riporta in tutti i suoi piatti. Selezione di vini ampia con un eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. I dolci...wow experience!!! Staff attento e discreto. Locale accogliente e prezzi onesti. Assolutamente da ritornare, sarà per me un punto di riferimento, anche perché il menù cambia a seconda della stagionalitá degli ingredienti. Insomma, un vero successo! Bravi, bravi, bravi!
A real discovery, beyond expectations. Traditional dishes with just that touch of innovation that serves to enhance the taste. Excellent quality of the raw material in all dishes from land to sea dishes prepared by the young (only by birth) chef Rosario, very prepared and with a lot of passion that he brings back in all his dishes. Wide wine selection with excellent value for money. The desserts ... wow experience !!! Attentive and discreet staff. Cozy place and fair prices. Absolutely to come back, it will be a point of reference for me, also because the menu changes according to the seasonality of the ingredients. In short, a real success! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un angolo della felicità! Ottimo posto, pulito e squisito. Le persone all'interno sono super gentili e deliziose. Menù a pranzo ottimo, sempre organizzati dal primo, secondo e contorni con tanto di dolcini e fritti che ricordano la Sicilia. Buoni anche i babbà :) Porzioni giuste come il loro rapporto qualità prezzo. Tutto buono, posto moderno e in posizione comoda lontano dal via vai della strada principale. Posto consigliato dal bar alla cucina. Sicuramente bisogna passare da qui!
A corner of happiness! Great place, clean and exquisite. The people inside are super nice and kind. Great lunch menu, always organized by the first, second and side dishes with lots of sweet and fried that are reminiscent of Sicily. Good also the babbà :) Just portions like their value for money. All good, modern place and conveniently located away from the main road. Recommended place from the bar to the kitchen. Surely you have to go from here!
