★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono lasciato in asistenza il 31 luglio. Problema : non leggeva sempre la sim,cioe in casa non avevo segnale ,fuori si... Iphone ritirato il 05 ottobre con problema non risolto. In piu non legge piu nessuna sim,il telefono non si puo attivare piu,nenche con Itunes,dunque inutilizzabile. Danno di oltre 200€. Non ho pagato niente però (mancava questo) ! "GRAZIE " RIPHONE ! e mai piu !
Phone left in service on July 31st. Problem: he did not always read the sim, that is, at home I had no signal, outside yes ... Iphone withdrawn on 05 October with unsolved problem. In addition it no longer reads any sim, the phone cannot be activated anymore, not even with Itunes, therefore unusable. Damage of over € 200. I didn't pay anything though (this was missing)! "THANK YOU" RIPHONE! and never again!

Portali il mio iPhone che purtroppo subì dei danni da acqua, il cellulare funzionava, soltanto lo schermo era non funzionante, quindi urgeva cambiarlo. Stese due, quasi tre mesi o poco più in assistenza e poi mi venne riconsegnato finalmente, e sembrava funzionante.
Fatto sta che qualche ora dopo provai a scattare una foto, sia la telecamera interna che esterna non andavano (la fotocamera penso sia uno dei pezzi fondamentali in un telefono) quindi che venga consegnato come riparato e poi ritrovarmi con simile danno onestamente non lo accetto. Decisi di affidarmi e dare un'altra chance a loro, il telefono mi venne nuovamente messo in manutenzione per un altro mese, mi venne detto che era stato mandato in un’altra sede, dato che a detta loro era maggiore, dopo svariate telefonate mi contattarono dicendo che il telefono era pronto, nuovamente in negozio, mi venne detto che il telefono non era possibile ripararlo. Mi venne consegnato tutto sporco e con 1 cm di polvere, segno che il telefono non era stato assolutamente toccato, servizio davvero deludente, uno spreco di soldi e di tempo.

I decided to entrust myself and give them another chance, the phone was put back into service for another month, I was told that it had been sent to another location, since they said it was greater, after several calls I they contacted saying that the phone was ready, back in the shop, I was told that the phone could not be repaired. I was given everything dirty and with 1 cm of dust, a sign that the phone had not been touched at all, really disappointing service, a waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto disponibile, soprattutto la ragazza, che ho contattato più volte per dei problemi dopo che mi è caduto il cellulare e anche in orari fuori lavoro ha sempre risposto gentilissima spiegando cosa fare. Unica pecca che per aggiustarlo non avevano il pezzo e ho dovuto aspettare qualche giorno, ma in tanto mi hanno prestato loro un cellulare quindi ok. Per il resto è stata veloce, quindi non mi lamento
Very helpful staff, especially the girl, I contacted several times to problems after I dropped the phone and even in times working out has always responded very kind explaining what to do. The only flaw that to fix it they did not have the piece and I had to wait a few days, but occasionally they lent me a cell phone so ok. The rest was fast, so I'm not complaining

Nel mio caso per la sostituzione della batteria sono bastati pochi minuti... il tempo di fare la spesa. Complimenti... Nel bisogno tornerò.
