F	Francesco Strazzullo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stato in questo laboratorio a inizio di questa pandemia,per un problema al mio telefono samsung,devo dire che ho trovato una cortesia e una disponibilità esagerata,faccio i complimenti alla persona che era presente in quei giorni x la pazienza e la disponibilità,avendo io 2 telefoni uguali,problema alla scheda madre,ha aperto e provato a cambiare da uno all'altro le schede madri,e nell'impossibilità della riparazione, non ha chiesto niente x aver smontato e rimontato 2 telefoni,in due periodi diversi.Grazie I was in this laboratory at the beginning of this pandemic, for a problem with my samsung phone, I must say that I found an exaggerated courtesy and availability, I congratulate the person who was present in those days x patience and availability, having I 2 identical phones, motherboard problem, opened and tried to change the motherboards from one to the other, and in the impossibility of repair, she asked for nothing to have disassembled and reassembled 2 phones, in two different periods.

Ho passato una settimana intera in questo negozio visto che ogni volta che me lo consegnava, dovevo riportarglielo il giorno dopo in quanto, puntualmente, lo schermo risultava sempre rialzato in alcuni punti e quindi non "attaccato" bene. Il teatrino è andato avanti per ben 4 volte e all'ultima, in cui FINALMENTE lo schermo è risultato attaccato bene, torno a casa e ... L'ALTOPARLANTE DA CUI SI SENTONO LE VOCI IN CHIAMATA NON FUNZIONAVA BENE. Quindi non solo ci ha messo una settimana per incollare semplicemente uno schermo ma, come se non bastasse, mi ha creato un altro problema!! Alla fine di tutta questa storia ho chiesto un rimborso parziale della spesa per i danni e il fastidio recatomi .. ma figuriamoci!!! I brought to fix the screen of my phone here .. bad experience !! Dopo lunghissime trattative e conversazioni surreali in cui mi veniva ripetuto di "stare tranquilla", nonostante i miei toni pacati e nonostante il danno subíto (come se non fosse logico pretendere un rimborso per un prodotto danneggiato), siamo giunti a una conclusione, ma solo grazie alla mia insistenza e testardaggine. Sono consapevole che gli errori possono capitare, ma il modo di gestire quello che succede subito dopo fa la differenza. In altre occasioni mi è capitato di tornare da venditori che avevano sbagliato e mi avevano fatto piccoli torti, da Riparo Express invece non tornerò mai, mai più.
