Tra l altro prodotti marcati fratarcangeli...non hoover, ariston, candy ecc ecc... e si fanno pagare anche la manodopera per installare prodotti venduti da loro. Ricordo a tutti che la " chiamata " non si paga piu da diverso tempo. Mio caro Fratarcangeli solo per farmi dire che era la scheda le ho pagato la bellezza di 50,00 euro quindi non si giustifichi dicendo che poi se non è la scheda avrebbe risolto lei..... Lei la scheda me l'avrebbe sostituita inultimente. Invece giusto per dover di cronaca la informo che il frigo ha il compressore rotto sostituito da Lei meno di un anno fa....... Non avrebbe fatto piu onesta figura ad ammettere il possibile errore ed a verificare quale fosse effettivamente il reale guasto?? Ma non si preoccupi che non mi appellerò alla garanzia che dovrebbe invece garantirmi sui pezzi da Lei sostituiti. Preferisco farlo cambiare pagando da un centro assistenza sicuramente piu competente e meno disonesto di Lei. Continui a lavorare in questo modo che farà strada..... certamente da parte mia non riceverà piu un euro. Poi la gran parte delle recensioni che ha, parlano da sole............ Buona vita e non si scomodi a rispondere che le sue giustificazioni non interessano oltre ad essere banalmente ridicole. Bad service center, unprofessional indeed incompetent authorized. Disperata ho contattato il signor Fratarcangeli. Per altro persona squisita. Come suo figlio. Mi hanno spiegato tutto chiaramente, hanno riparato la lavasciuga e adesso è come se fosse nuova! Consigliatissimi. Onesti, molto seri e assolutamente competenti! My bosch washer dryer no longer worked. A first assistance scammed me by returning a non-working car. Mi ha detto che era la scheda del frigo che non andava perché un’insetto era andato tra i componenti. Costo indivinate sempre standard 250€... non ho consegnato la scheda ma l’ho portata da un tecnico che mi ha detto,che non era danneggiata. Rimessa sotto il frigo va da meraviglia... non mi sono fatto rigare 250€.. sconsiglio vivamente questo centro assistenza. Caro Frantarcangeli cerca di essere più onesto e lavora di professionista no che andiamo in giro per rubare..... e non dico alto...
