★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno spostato l'appuntamento per ben 3 volte. Dopo 12 giorni e' arrivato un tecnico maleducato (appena entrato si e' lamentato per aver percorso a piedi, con la borsa degli attrezzi, 1.5 Km per raggiungere la mia abitazione!!) e incompetente. Ha smontato il coperchio e la vaschetta della lavatrice, si e' limitato a guardare e per dare una risposta riguardo al problema ha dovuto contattare telefonicamente un collega. E' andato via lasciando la lavatrice smontata, senza risolvere nulla ma rifilandomi, in compenso, un conto esorbitante per un intervento, di fatto, solo telefonico.
I have been postponed 3 times. After 12 days a rude technician arrived (as soon as he entered he complained about having walked 1.5 km to reach my home with a tool bag !!) and incompetent. He disassembled the lid and the washing machine tray, just looked and had to contact a colleague by phone to give an answer about the problem. He went away leaving the washing machine disassembled, without solving anything but, on the other hand, paying me an exorbitant bill for an intervention, in fact, only by telephone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggio di così non poteva andare: da inizio settembre ad oggi 24 novembre della mia lavastoviglie non si sa nulla! Tre interventi del tecnico (due a vuoto e uno con ritiro della lavastoviglie un mese fa). La telefonata che avrebbe riportato la lavastoviglie giovedì 21 novembre e poi il nulla piu' completo. Una stella per poter dare recensione ma sono -5
Worse than that could not go: from the beginning of September to today November 24 of my dishwasher nothing is known! Three interventions by the technician (two empty and one with withdrawal of the dishwasher a month ago). The phone call that would have brought back the dishwasher Thursday, November 21st and then the most complete nothing. A star to give review but I am -5
