Sta ad indicare la posizione della frazione rispetto alle altre (capo di sotto). Una delle più antiche e, anche attualmente, la più popolosa. Detta della Trinità per la presenza di una ottocentesca cappellina rupestre dedicata alla Santissima Trinità. In passato era famosa anche per la ricca presenza di osterie. Qui è ormai tradizione che ogni anno sia allestito un bel presepe nel quale viene deposto il bambinello il pomeriggio della Vigilia di Natale, con distribuzione di tè caldo e vin brulè e regali ai bimbi più piccoli. Altro elemento di pregio è un antico lavatoio ancora in buone condizioni.
Sapete da dove prende l'acqua la bella e grande " fontana di Capodisotto"?
Per chi conosce Mombello, quasi davanti alla cappellina di Somisso ( quella arricchita da una bella ceramica di Albino Reggiori), c'è su un vecchio muretto uno sportellino in metallo che nasconde una piccola cisterna dove vengono raccolte le acque di alcune piccole sorgenti di Casarico, in modo particolare di sorgive sotto il campo sportivo dell'oratorio..
Da questa cisterna parte un piccolo tubo di cemento che, dopo aver percorso tutta la via Capodisotto, passando da parte della via Trento, getta la sua acqua pulitissima nel lavatoio di capodisotto..
Dopo molti decenni questa acqua arriva ancora limpida nella vasca contornata di lastre di granito.. non si è mai fermata ed eroga ancora acqua pulita giorno e notte..

For those who know Mombello, almost in front of the Somisso chapel (the one enriched by a beautiful ceramic by Albino Reggiori), there is a metal door on an old wall that hides a small cistern where the waters of some small Casarico springs are collected , especially of springs under the sports field of the oratory ..
From this cistern starts a small concrete pipe which, after having crossed the whole via Capodisotto, passing by the via Trento, throws its very clean water into the capodisotto washhouse.
After many decades this water still arrives clear in the basin surrounded by granite slabs .. it has never stopped and still delivers clean water day and night ..
