★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato la scala in ottobre,aperta la pratica edilizia per il permesso di costruire una scala,doveva essere pronta per la consegna 23/12/21 ,ma purtroppo non è arrivata fino oggi. La pratica ormai è stata chiusa alla fine dell'anno, ma la scala non era pronta. Capisco anche che in periodo di COVID una azienda potrebbe subire un ritardo, ma dopo tante chiamate non potevano dare una data precisa di consegna. Abbiamo pagato interamente la scala
a gennaio spiegando che abbiamo urgenza di trasferirci, dopodiché siamo riusciti ad ottenere la data di posa per il 03/02/22. Abbiamo preso
un giorno di ferie al lavoro, purtroppo sì è ammalato il posatore proprio questo che doveva venire a casa nostra, oggi 02/02 /22 mi trovo la casa nuova pronta da dicembre dove non riesco a trasferirmi perché manca solo la scala , la consegna slitta i e io pago le conseguenze. Ho scritto email ad assistenza di clienti e purtroppo non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta, sono arrabbiata e insoddisfatta, stufa di aspettare e perdere i soldi perché ho fatto scelta sbagliata. Non è accettabile un rapporto così poco professionale
