Nonostante la palestra non sia enorme ci sono tutti gli attrezzi di cui un pugile può avere bisogno e sopratutto vengono sempre igenizzati gli attrezzi dopo l’utilizzo. Gli allenamenti sono bene organizzati, divisi in giorni dove ci si concentra di più sulla tecnica e giorni in cui si lavora sul potenziamento. Ambiente pulito e attrezzato . Mi sono ritrovato in gruppo di ragazzi di tutte le età e forma fisica differente , Francesco con tutto il suo entusiasmo e serietà mi ha trasmesso quali sono le fondamenta della pugilato , e l'approccio mentale per trasformarsi in atleti . Ringrazio tutto lo staff. Ah ! attrezzatura nuova e professionale . I attended the Ring-Adora boxing for a couple of months, having never done boxing I enrolled in one of the courses for amateurs. I found myself in a group of guys of all ages and different physical forms, Francesco with all his enthusiasm and seriousness transmitted to me what are the foundations of boxing, and the mental approach to transforming into athletes. Corsi a piccoli gruppi, spalmati su tutte le fasce orarie e per tutti i livelli di preparazione. Gli allenatori sono molto coinvolgenti e capaci nell’insegnamento della loro passione. I ragazzi nuovi non devono temere di provare questa nuova esperienza! I coach sono due; uno si occupa di seguire i ragazzi già preparati e capaci tecnicamente, mentre l’altro coach segue le nuove leve cercando con tanta pazienza di insegnare le basi di questo meraviglioso sport. La palestra ha tutto l’occorrente per allenarsi ed è molto pulita . La consiglio vivamente a tutti, Ancora complimenti ragazzi To try a new experience I decided to switch from rugby to boxing and I must say that I am super satisfied. The coaches are very engaging and capable of teaching their passion. New kids needn't be afraid to try this new experience! There are two coaches; one is in charge of following the boys who are already prepared and technically capable, while the other coach follows the new generation, trying with a lot of patience to teach the basics of this wonderful sport. The gym has everything you need to train and is very clean. I highly recommend it to everyone, Congratulations again guys
