★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra fornita di diverse sale lotta ognuna delle quali dotata di tutto l'occorrente per praticare al meglio la miriade di corsi offerti (mma,boxe,bjj e via dicendo).
Orari molto flessibili e rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo. Spesso si tengono anche stage con noti atleti appartenenti al ramo professionistico di alcune discipline. Assolutamente consigliata ?
Excellent gym equipped with several fight rooms, each of which equipped with everything you need to best practice the myriad of courses offered (mma, boxing, bjj and so on).
Very flexible hours and more than excellent value for money. Internships are also often held with well-known athletes belonging to the professional branch of some disciplines. Absolutely recommended ?

Si avverte subito un clima familiare, ma anche di professionalità.
Nella palestra il Team più numeroso è quello della IX Legione, che sotto la guida del maestro Gessi permette agli atleti di seguire corsi di Mma, Boxe, Kick Boxing, Brazilian Jiu jitsu e lotta libera sia per adulti che per bambini

Orari molto flessibili. Maestri e allenatori esperti, con vasta esperienza.
Facile da raggiungere con ogni mezzo.
Molto interessanti gli stage organizzati dalla palestra con noti campioni di queste discipline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra per arti marziali ben fornita di tutto ció che serve per praticare le discipline presenti. Sale molto ampie, istruttori molto validi e preparati. Sono presenti una varietá di corsi di arti marziali che nessuna altra palestra a Ferrara possiede.
Martial arts gym well equipped with everything you need to practice the disciplines. Very large rooms, very good and prepared instructors. There are a variety of martial arts courses that no other gym in Ferrara has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono uno studente fuori sede e ho cercato per un po' di tempo una palestra competente per poter continuare i miei allenamenti di kick boxing! Ovviamente si fanno anche altri corsi, tra cui boxe, MMA, bjj ecc.
Per quanto riguarda il mio settore sono super competenti.
Altro aspetto fondamentale è l'accoglienza, dato che sono in grado di far sentire tutti parte del gruppo!
Sono inoltre associati alla FIKBMS e questo senz'altro è un altro indice di affidabilità non certo da sottovalutare!
Nel complesso, anche per iniziare da zero uno sport da combattimento, la stra consiglio.
I am an off-site student and have been looking for a competent gym for some time to continue my kick boxing workouts! Obviously other courses are also held, including boxing, MMA, bjj etc.
As for my sector, they are super competent.
Another fundamental aspect is the welcome, since they are able to make everyone feel part of the group!
They are also associated with FIKBMS and this is certainly another indication of reliability, certainly not to be underestimated!
Overall, even to start a combat sport from scratch, I recommend it.
