Recatici a Modena abbiamo visionato l'auto ma a mia moglie non è piaciuta. In un primo tempo avevo pensato di acquistare l'auto per me, per evitare di perdere la caparra. Successivamente ci ho ripensato, perché non era un'auto adatta alle mie esigenze, quindi mi sono accordato col titolare dell'attività per la restituzione di metà della caparra versata e ho rinunziato all'acquisto. A few months ago I paid a deposit to this retailer for the purchase of a used Mercedes A-Class destined for my wife without having first seen the car. After visiting Modena we looked at the car but my wife didn't like it. At first I thought of buying the car for myself, to avoid losing the deposit. Later I thought about it, because it wasn't a car that suited my needs, so I agreed with the owner of the business to return half of the deposit and I gave up the purchase.

Aggiungo che per "farsi di nebbia" intendo non rispondere nè a messaggi nè a telefonate. Già dal primo contatto telefonico ho percepito un professionista serio, arguto, competente, estremamente attento alle esigenze del cliente, per quanto difficili. E' una persona a cui viene spontaneo affidarsi e da cui farsi guidare nella scelta dell'auto. Un guru nel mondo BMW di cui è profondo e appassionato conoscitore. Un uomo che si pone l'obiettivo di superare le aspettative del cliente. E così è stato per me. Sono molto soddisfatta dell'auto acquistata, che mi ha consegnato sotto casa, spendendo anche molto tempo nell'insegnarmene l'utilizzo. La sua passione e simpatia sono un valore aggiunto di rara reperibilità. Peccato si occupi solo di BMW...sarebbe bello averlo come Personal Shopper e consulente anche in altri settori!
