★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo circa 2 anni dall'acquisto (acquistata usata di 18 mesi, presso un'altra concessionaria Opel) è emerso un fastidioso rumore di ferraglia dalla catena di distribuzione.
Mi hanno detto che era il tendicatena che inizialmente non riceve la giusta pressione dell'olio.
Contattate 2 concessionarie Opel, mi hanno suggerito la sostituzione della catena di distribuzione. Piuttosto me la sarei tenuta così e prima o poi mi sarei sbarazzato della Opel.
A settembre 2021, contattato il capo officina della concessionaria Renostar, mi ha subito detto che poteva risolvere il problema montando semplicemente un kit.
Problema risolto con un semplice fermo macchina di 1 giorno e con un costo di 258,00€.
Peccato si possano dare solo 5 stelle.

After about 2 years from the purchase (purchased used for 18 months, at another Opel dealership) an annoying sound of scrap metal emerged from the timing chain.
They told me it was the chain tensioner that doesn't initially get the right oil pressure.
Contact 2 Opel dealers, they suggested me to replace the timing chain. I would rather have kept it that way and sooner or later I would have got rid of the Opel.
In September 2021, I contacted the foreman of the Renostar dealership and he immediately told me that he could solve the problem by simply fitting a kit.
Problem solved with a simple 1 day machine stop and at a cost of € 258.00.
Too bad they can only be given 5 stars.
Good and competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una macchina usata ho stipulato una garanzia annuale su di essa rivelatasi non utile visto che la macchina sin da subito ha avuto problemi di iniezione del GPL anche se mi era stato assicurato un controllo approfondito del mezzo non si è rivelato tale e la garanzia guarda caso non copre il problema.
Mi è stato promesso un preventivo per la riparazione mai arrivato.
Direi vendita e Post vendita scadenti.
Non la consiglio a nessuno come concessionaria per acquistare un usato.
Spero che per il nuovo si comportino meglio.
I bought a used car I entered into an annual warranty on it which proved not to be useful since the car immediately had LPG injection problems even if I was assured a thorough check of the vehicle did not turn out to be so and the warranty looks case does not cover the problem.
I was promised a repair quote that never arrived.
I would say poor sales and after sales.
I do not recommend it to anyone as a dealership to buy a used one.
I hope they behave better for the new one.
