★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato insieme a mia moglie il negozio Rinascimento presso centro commerciale Belvedere. Eravamo interessati a provare ed acquistare un abito da cerimonia e pertanto abbiamo chiesto assistenza alla commessa. La commessa ha risposto che appena avesse finito di esporre il manichino ci avrebbe dato assistenza. Invece dopo aver esposto il manichino si e’ messa ad ascoltare i messaggi al telefonino lasciandoci in continua attesa. Dopo circa 20 minuti io e mia moglie abbiamo deciso di andarcene visto il totale disinteresse della commessa nei nostri confronti. Bastava prendere la misura e tornare a quello che stava facendo. Detto questo a parte una mancanza di educazione della commessa sembrerebbe anche una mancanza di formazione e addestramento della stessa. Purtroppo dopo questa esperienza non torneremo mai piu in quel negozio.
 I visited the Rinascimento shop at the Belvedere shopping center with my wife. We were interested in trying on and buying a formal dress and therefore we asked the saleswoman for assistance. The saleswoman replied that as soon as she finished exhibiting the mannequin she would give us assistance. Instead, after exhibiting the mannequin, she started listening to the messages on the mobile phone, leaving us in constant wait. After about 20 minutes my wife and I decided to leave given the total lack of interest of the saleswoman towards us. Just take the measure and go back to what he was doing. Having said that, apart from a lack of education of the saleswoman, it would also seem a lack of education and training of the same. Unfortunately after this experience we will never go back to that shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero entrata per comprare un capo ma non sono stata degnata dalle commesse neanche per un secondo. In particolare una delle due si è anche indispettita perche avevo lasciato la cerniera di un cappotto abbassata. Risultato: me ne sono andata ovviamente senza comprare nulla.
Non mi era mai successo, pessimo servizio.
I went in to buy a garment but I was not worthy of the orders even for a second. In particular, one of the two was also upset because I had left the zipper of a coat lowered. Result: I obviously left without buying anything.
Never happened to me, bad service.
