★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato NUOVO un loro carrello e per 7 anni ho viaggiato IGNARO che i dati riportati sul libretto di circolazione fossero TUTTI ERRATI ( codice telaio, gomme, freno). Ho dovuto attendere 2 mesi per il nuovo libretto e pagarmi la doppia revisione.
Neppure si sono scusati.
Decisamente poco empatici.
I bought their trolley NEW and for 7 years I traveled IGNARO that the data on the registration document were ALL WRONG (frame code, tires, brake). I had to wait 2 months for the new booklet and pay for the double revision.
They didn't even apologize.
Definitely not very empathetic.

Sono cliente già da qualche anno avendo acquistato già 3 carrelli ,uno nautico (mi è molto piaciuto il sistema di carico ad "U" SENZA LA BARRA POSTERIORE) e 2 basculanti per il trasporto di macchine semoventi. E, posso dire di non avere mai e dico MAI AVUTO PROBLEMI di cortesia, disponibilità o di assistenza. Riguardo alla qualità dei prodotti posso affermare che nonostante il" lavoro impegnativo in cantiere edile " si difendono benissimo anche sotto i ripetuti sovraccarichi.
Good evening friends. I am looking at the reviews of this company and I do not understand what I read. I have been a customer for some years having already purchased 3 trolleys, one nautical (I really liked the "U" loading system WITHOUT THE REAR BAR) and 2 tilting trolleys for the transport of self-propelled machines. And, I can say I never have and I say NEVER HAD PROBLEMS of courtesy, availability or assistance. Regarding the quality of the products, I can say that despite the "demanding work on the construction site" they defend themselves very well even under repeated overloads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un carrello portata q. 10 monoasse, devo dire che abituato al carrello appendice questo e tutta un altra cosa, robusto e molto comodo fare retromarce. Sono soddisfatto del mio acquisto.
I bought a trolley q. 10 single-axle, I must say that accustomed to the appendage trolley this and a whole other thing, robust and very comfortable to reverse. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent company, I have a Novatecno trailer since 2012 that I exploit a lot and it is still perfect. Yesterday I changed the brakes sent to me by the company with speed and precision, excellent courtesy and kindness on the part of Mr. Simone.
