★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel luglio 2019 ho acquistato cucina, soggiorno e camera matrimoniale per una spesa totale di oltre 20.000 €. Dopo qualche mese si è verificato il cedimento di una giunzione della struttura del letto prontamente riparata anzi, rattoppata, con 2 piastrine metalliche. Nel mese di marzo di quest'anno (a garanzia scaduta da 8 mesi) il letto è definitivamente crollato con lo strappo dei giunti lato piedi causato dall'utilizzo di materiale non idoneo da parte del costruttore. La risposta del Tecnico dell'assistenza è stata che la garanzia era scaduta e il letto era ormai fuori produzione e che, al massimo, avrebbero potuto farci un prezzo di favore sull’acquisto di un nuovo letto. Con meno della metà del prezzo da loro proposto, ho provveduto, a mie spese, a far rifare completamente la struttura, esclusa la testiera, in legno massello laccato, con un ottimo risultato.
Esprimo tutto il mio disappunto verso un'Azienda che avrebbe il dovere di assistere il cliente post-vendita assumendosi l’onere di porre rimedio ad un difetto di fabbricazione, al fine di arrivare a una soluzione condivisa che convinca, anche in futuro, l'acquirente a fidarsi di loro. Purtroppo, con mia delusione, non è andata così.
 In July 2019 I bought a kitchen, living room and double bedroom for a total cost of over € 20,000. After a few months there was the failure of a joint of the bed structure which was promptly repaired or rather patched with 2 metal plates. In March of this year (with the warranty expired for 8 months) the bed collapsed definitively with the tearing of the foot-end joints caused by the use of unsuitable material by the manufacturer. The response from the service technician was that the warranty had expired and the bed was now out of production and that, at most, they could have given us a preferential price on the purchase of a new bed. With less than half the price proposed by them, I proceeded, at my expense, to have the structure completely redone, excluding the headboard, in lacquered solid wood, with an excellent result.
I express all my disappointment towards a company that would have the duty to assist the after-sales customer by assuming the burden of remedying a manufacturing defect, in order to arrive at a shared solution that convinces, even in the future, the buyer to trust them. Unfortunately, to my disappointment, this did not happen.

Ha capito perfettamente le nostre esigenze e ha realizzato una cucina splendida e funzionale! Ci ha seguiti benissimo anche nel post progettazione, aiutandoci a dare le indicazioni corrette a idraulico, elettricista, ecc. Il team che è venuto a montare la cucina si è dimostrato molto preciso, efficiente e gentile. Siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta! Li consigliamo vivamente.
We were followed in an excellent way by Aurora Bortolato, a very precise, attentive and punctual architect. He perfectly understood our needs and created a splendid and functional kitchen! He also looked after us very well in post-design, helping us to give the correct information to the plumber, electrician, etc. The team that came to assemble the kitchen proved to be very precise, efficient and kind. We are very happy with our choice! We highly recommend them.

Indubbiamente il risultato è stato di livello, anticipato da una fase progettuale e di dettaglio seguita prima da Francesca e poi da Matteo. Allego le foto della prima realizzazione. Tutto perfetto. Compresa l'assistenza post vendita. Bravi.
We have a Planning and Design studio in Treviso, for the last two projects we have relied on 1P Cucine. Undoubtedly the result was of a level, anticipated by a planning and detail phase followed first by Francesca and then by Matteo. I am attaching the photos of the first realization. All perfect. Including after-sales assistance. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon giorno volevo riportare la mia esperienza con PRIMO PIANO. Hanno consegnato la cucina 2 settimane fa e io e mia moglie siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti. Fin dalla prima visita fatta allo showroom di Padova abbiamo capito la serietà dell'azienda, ci hanno supportato nella scelta dei mobili, elettrodomestici e dimensioni. Ci hanno in particolar modo seguito e sopportato anche nelle piccole modifiche che abbiamo apportato in fase di definizione sempre con gentilezza e cordialità.
Volevamo in particolare ringraziare i designer Giulia e Matteo che ci hanno seguito dal 2019, i tecnici che sono stati bravissimi e competenti.
Good day I wanted to report my experience with PRIMO PIANO. They delivered the kitchen 2 weeks ago and my wife and I were really happy with it. From the first visit to the Padua showroom we understood the seriousness of the company, they supported us in the choice of furniture, appliances and dimensions. In particular, they followed and endured us even in the small changes that we made during the definition phase, always with kindness and cordiality.
In particular, we wanted to thank the designers Giulia and Matteo who have followed us since 2019, the technicians who have been very good and competent.

Siamo ovviamente pienamente soddisfatti della nostra prima cucina che dopo 10 anni è ancora perfetta e moderna, supera ogni aspettativa. Abbiamo scelto ancora Primo Piano per la nostra seconda casa al mare. La qualità è da 5 stelle e anche se può essere ritenuta una scelta azzardata per l’investimento dato che è una seconda casa, la sceglierei altre 100 volte. Non ho dubbi sulla scelta. La qualità e la cura dei materiali e degli accessori può tranquillamente uguagliare marchi di pregio come Boffi. La professionalità di Francesca è unica, veloce e attenta alle esigenze del cliente, disponibile e versatile. Per non parlare di Toni e Andrea che hanno montato la nostra cucina sono stati fenomenali, veloci e professionali, anche simpatici. Acquisteremo altre cucine per via del nostro lavoro nel campo immobiliare, e Primo Piano sarà la nostra scelta. Non ci sono paragoni, qualità professionalità e convenienza. E noi di cucine ne abbiamo viste parecchie. A presto e grazie ragazzi!!

This is the second time that we turn to Primo Piano Cucine. We are obviously fully satisfied with our first kitchen which after 10 years is still perfect and modern, exceeding all expectations. We have chosen Primo Piano again for our second home by the sea. The quality is 5 stars and although it can be considered a risky choice for investment since it is a second home, I would choose it another 100 times. I have no doubts about the choice. The quality and care of materials and accessories can easily match prestigious brands such as Boffi. Francesca's professionalism is unique, fast and attentive to customer needs, available and versatile. Not to mention Toni and Andrea who set up our kitchen were phenomenal, fast and professional, even nice. We will purchase more kitchens due to our real estate work, and Primo Piano will be our choice. There are no comparisons, quality, professionalism and convenience. And we in kitchens have seen a lot of them. See you soon and thanks guys !!

Ha studiato ogni minimo dettaglio rendendo la cucina bellisima e funzionale. Ha cercato di capire i nostri gusti per poi realizzare la cucina dei nostri sogni che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Siamo felicissimi. Ringrazio anche gli installatori Alberto, Paolo, Daniele e Gianluca per la loro velocità e professionalità nell'installazione.

Sono stato seguito da Francesca, gentilissima e disponibilissima ad ogni richiesta, indecisione, modifica. E' stata molto propositiva con diverse soluzioni sia sul piano estetico che soprattutto su quello funzionale, oltre ad aver speso tempo e consigli su tutti gli elettrodomestici.
Materiali di prima scelta, dal legno usato, alla laccatura effetto pesca, ai piani lavoro in Dekton, al legno dello snack e del tavolo da 3 metri (non visibile in foto).
La cucina è di 9 metri lineari, Francesca è stata superlativa nel progettare nei minimi particolari una cucina così ampia, con tutti i rispettivi dettagli ed accessori (ce ne sono una infinità nello showroom).
I ragazzi che hanno eseguito il montaggio (Daniele, Stefano, Enrico, "Farina" credo si chiami Paolo) sono stati impeccabili! Molto puliti, attenti ad ogni minimo particolare, veloci. In una giornata hanno consegnato e montato tutto, nonostante la scomodità purtroppo di un cantiere ancora aperto in fase di rifinitura.
Lo showroom di Padova è davvero bello, grande e curatissimo.
Non posso che consigliare fortemente questa azienda. E' stata una esperienza più che positiva.

I was followed by Francesca, very kind and very available to every request, indecision, modification. She has been very proactive with various solutions both on the aesthetic and above all on the functional level, as well as having spent time and advice on all the appliances.
First choice materials, from the used wood, to the peach-effect lacquer, to the Dekton worktops, to the wood of the snack and the 3-meter table (not visible in the photo).
The kitchen is 9 linear meters, Francesca was superlative in designing such a large kitchen down to the smallest detail, with all the respective details and accessories (there are an infinity of them in the showroom).
The guys who did the editing (Daniele, Stefano, Enrico, "Farina" I think his name is Paolo) were impeccable! Very clean, attentive to every detail, fast. In one day they delivered and assembled everything, despite the unfortunately inconvenience of a construction site still open in the finishing phase.
The Padua showroom is really beautiful, large and well-kept.
I can only highly recommend this company. It was a more than positive experience.

Tra le splendide cucine che lo showroom proponeva, abbiamo trovato la nostra e scelto tutti i dettagli e le finiture con attenzione. Un complimento speciale va anche al gruppo di montatori Alberto, Maicol, Daniele e Mauro che in un giorno solo sono riusciti ad assemblare 8ml di cucina ma con un attenzione a dir poco maniacale.. Professionalità ai massimi livelli.
E il risultato incredibile!
Voglio davvero consigliare 1P cucine perché io rifarei altre mille volte questa scelta!
From the first moment we walked through the door of the Padua showroom, we were greeted with so much professionalism and courtesy by Francesca, who accompanied us in a truly exciting experience. Among the splendid kitchens that the showroom offered, we found ours and carefully chose all the details and finishes. A special compliment also goes to the group of editors Alberto, Maicol, Daniele and Mauro who in just one day managed to assemble 8ml of cooking but with an obsessive attention to say the least. Professionalism at the highest levels.
And the incredible result!
I really want to recommend 1P cucine because I would make this choice again a thousand times!
