Acquistata merce (arredo) che nel giro di 10 giorni si è rivelata palesemente difettosa, vengo 'rimbalzato' con motivazioni pretestuose e ora mi vedo costretto ad azione legale. MAI PIU' in questo posto. Unfortunately, I have to report a somewhat NEGATIVE experience. D	Davide Gentili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 anni fa ho arredato un appartamento comperando i mobili al centro commerciale “Le Torri “ di Busto Arsizio e rimasi soddisfatto tanto che quest’anno mi sono rivolto nuovamente a loro per cambiare i mobili di casa mia . Purtroppo si è verificato un piccolo errore , ovvero un mobile aveva dimensioni maggiori di quelle richieste e necessitava quindi di essere portato da un falegname per il taglio . Sulla bolla di acquisto c’era solo la sigla E682 da cui non potevo capire le dimensioni del mobile . Poichè il costo extra del falegname era di 130 euro , per risolvere in fretta la vicenda mi sono subito offerto di condividere le spese ed avevo capito che ci fossimo accordati in tal senso . Per poterci mettere d’accordo ho fatto 7/8 telefonate in orari e giorni diversi poiché o non rispondeva nessuno o cadeva la linea dopo pochi secondi , ed alla fine ho dovuto recarmi di persona in sede . Inoltre , poiché il mobile andava portato dal falegname , avevo fatto richiesta di fare una piccola modifica , ma purtroppo qualcuno si è dimenticato di dirlo al falegname . Alla fine tutte le 130 euro le ho pagate io …. Oltre al danno economico ed al disagio di dover aspettare abbondantemente oltre 1 mese per poter completare l’arredamento mi ha infastidito il fatto che non credo ci sia stato un comportamento professionale ; non ritengo giusto che una volta venduta la merce manchi l’assistenza come ritengo sia successo a me . 3 years ago I furnished an apartment by buying furniture at the "Le Torri" shopping center in Busto Arsizio and I was so satisfied that this year I turned to them again to change the furniture in my house. In order to be able to agree, I made 7/8 phone calls at different times and days because either no one answered or the line dropped after a few seconds, and in the end I had to go to the office in person. Also, since the furniture had to be brought by the carpenter, I had requested a small modification, but unfortunately someone forgot to tell the carpenter. In the end, I paid all 130 euros…. In addition to the economic damage and the inconvenience of having to wait for more than 1 month to complete the furniture, I was bothered by the fact that I do not think there was any professional behavior; I do not think it right that once the goods have been sold there is no assistance as I believe has happened to me.
