Periodi di attesa per l'assistenza dei veicoli piuttosto lunga e una volta consegnato il veicolo, si perdono altri giorni. In compenso i lavori svolti sono di buona qualità e i prezzi onesti. Alla fine il mezzo aveva difetti, dopo 7 volte che lo riportavo alla fine mi confemavano il difetto di fabbrica, lasciato per un mese e mezzo dopo l intervento del mio legale,. A tutt oggi presenta ancora difetti, non ho avuto assistenza, non rispo dono alle miei email e al telefono mi liquidano velocemente. Lo sconsiglio vivamente visto la mia esperienza I bought a new vehicle in March 2021 to avoid problems. In the end the vehicle had defects, after 7 times that I brought it back in the end they confessed to me the factory defect, left for a month and a half after the intervention of my lawyer. Pensate che ne ho girati parecchi, ma qui siamo stati consigliati in base alle nostre necessità, seguiti anche nella parte amministrativa, e tutto è stato fluido e veloce. Non vi dico poi al ritiro del nostro meraviglioso camper ( modesto per le nostre tasche) nel seguirci per le varie funzionalità con tecniche e consigli. Dimenticavo hanno anche un meraviglioso market store, dove trovate di tutto ma di più così non dovete trovare altrove o su internet, perché i prezzi sono equi. Che dire provate e ne sarete entusiasti Grazie a Elia, Elio, Franca e Andrea ma sopratutto grazie CUSMAI Great experience!
