★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrungen beim Verkauf meines Hauses durch die Maklerfirma des Herrn Stampfer Rupert waren sehr positiv: sie zeichnen sich aus durch große Professionalität aber auch menschliche Qualitäten. Genauigkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit. Dabei war das zu verkaufende Objekt nicht einfach auf dem Markt anzubieten. Herr Stampfer hat es verstanden, durch seine gute Menschenkenntnis und sein Einfühlungsvermögen das Haus den passenden Kunden anzubieten. Heute leben Menschen dort, die gerne dort wohnen und dabei glücklich sind. Für mich ist das sehr wichtig. Ich hatte mehrere Makler beauftragt und konnte so erkennen, welcher Unterschied im Einsatz und in der Arbeitsweise der einzelnen besteht. Ich bedanke mich für die gute Zusammenarbeit!
My experience with the sale of my house by the brokerage firm of Mr. Stampfer Rupert was very positive: they are characterized by great professionalism but also human qualities. Accuracy, punctuality, honesty, kindness. The property to be sold was not easy to offer on the market. Mr. Stampfer understood how to offer the house to the right customers through his good knowledge of people and his empathy. Today people live there who like to live there and are happy. It's very important to me. I had commissioned several brokers and was able to see the difference in the way they work and how they work. I thank you for the good cooperation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann meiner Vorrednerin (vor 3 Jahren) nicht ganz zustimmen. Habe extra Reise von Muenchen nach Meran (390 km) gebucht mit 5taegiger Uebernachtung vor Ort, jedoch wurde mir der Besichtigungstermin fuer zwei Wohnungen kurzfristig abgesagt. Angeblich Wasserrohrbruch in beiden Wohnungen und der Vermieter sagt "Baustelle" und laesst keinen rein. Sehr ungewoehnlich fuer Wohnungen in der Groesse von 174 und 156 qm.
Das abschliessende Gespraech mit Rimmo war auch sehr unerfreulich.
Er verweigert mir einen Ersatztermin!
Gut, meine Reise ist gebucht und ich werde sowohl das Haus bzw. die Wohnung aufsuchen, als auch das Buero des Immobilienmaklers.
Vielleicht klaert sich das Ganze und ich nehme dann meine negative Rezension zurueck!
Im Moment bin ich hoechst enttaeuscht, denn ich habe bereits Kontakt zu Sportvereinen aufgenommen, da ich beabsichtigte, in Meran langfristig sesshaft zu werden.

I cannot entirely agree with the previous speaker (3 years ago). I booked an extra trip from Munich to Meran (390 km) with a 5-day overnight stay on site, but the viewing appointment for two apartments was canceled at short notice. Allegedly there was a burst pipe in both apartments and the landlord said "construction site" and did not let anyone in. Very unusual for apartments between 174 and 156 square meters.
The final conversation with Rimmo was also very unpleasant.
He refuses to give me an alternative date!
Well, my trip is booked and I will visit the house or apartment as well as the real estate agent's office.
Maybe the whole thing will be cleared up and I'll take back my negative review!
At the moment I am very disappointed, because I have already contacted sports clubs, as I intended to settle down in Merano for the long term.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich war es ein netter Kontakt. Wir wollten eine Ferienvilla in Alta Badia erwerben. Haben nähere Informationen erbeten, welche uns persönlich zugesagt wurden. Nach zwei Wochen immer noch keine Infos- keine Reaktion- kein Erklärung. Nicht zu empfehlen. Über eine Million Euro kann ich auch anderswo investieren- mit entsprechendenm Service. Ich bezahle gerne eine Maklercourtage, aber er sollte zuverlässig sein. Schade!
It was actually a nice contact. We wanted to buy a holiday villa in Alta Badia. Have requested more information, which we have been personally promised. After two weeks still no information - no reaction - no explanation. Not recommendable. I can invest over a million euros elsewhere - with the appropriate service. I like to pay a broker's commission, but it should be reliable. Pity!

È stato contattato telefonicamente per confermare un appuntamento con un probabile acquirente per la vendita di un immobile senza aver intenzione né di venderlo né di aver mai contattato questa agenzia. Fra l'altro l'immobile non è intestato a lui. Ma a un familiare. Se non fossi intervenuta chiedendo all'ufficio dirette spiegazioni che hanno eluso, assumendo pure un atteggiamento offeso per le domande che ho fatto con insistenza per portare chiarezza alla situazione.
An experience bordering on the coercion of an elderly person: my father. He was contacted by telephone to confirm an appointment with a probable buyer for the sale of a property without intending to sell it or to have ever contacted this agency. Among other things, the property is not in his name. But to a family member.
