Ma non appena affiorano i primi quesiti tecnici, piccole incongruenze giuridiche, differimento di termini dovuti a casi di forza maggiore, il nervosismo tra promittente venditore e acquirente comincia a montare. Ed é in questo preciso momento che si capisce il grado di professionalità dell'agente immobiliare. Affidarsi ad Immobili Bolzano significa poter dormire sogni tranquilli: tutta la procedura, infatti, viene gestita e seguita da professionisti di altissimo livello. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole realizzare al meglio senza perdere tempo.

La professionalità sia dal punto di vista gestionale, che legale che di consulenza della signora Heidi è incommensurabile. Abbiamo incontrato diversi problemi durante la trattativa e lei si è sempre ingegnata per risolverli, dispensando consigli e dandoci suggerimenti risolutivi. Mi sono sentita in buone mani e supportata al 100%. La consiglio vivamente!
I came to Ms. Heidi almost by accident, after having already visited dozens of houses and approached with as many agents. The professionalism both from the managerial, legal and consulting point of view of Mrs. Heidi is immeasurable. We encountered several problems during the negotiation and she has always tried to solve them, dispensing advice and giving us resolutive suggestions. I felt in good hands and 100% supported. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war sehr zufriedenstellend wie schnell der Verkauf unserer drei Wohnungen über die Bühne ging. Frau Scheiflinger hat uns äußerst kompetent beraten und die Wohnungen zu einem realen Preis vermittelt.
Insgesamt waren wir mit Immobilien Bozen mehr als zufrieden.
It was very satisfying how quickly the sale of our three apartments went. Ms. Scheiflinger gave us extremely competent advice and brokered the apartments at a real price.
