Volevo comprare 4 porte acustiche. Dopo tanti contatti telefonici con il commerciale di Bolzano, ero finalmente riuscito ad ottenere un appuntamento. Mi presento all'appuntamento in via Innsbruck: nessuno ad accogliermi. Salgo al primo piano cercando qualcuno e mi dicono addirittura che non conoscevano il loro stesso dipendente. L'ho dovuto telefonare per farlo sbucare fuori dall'ufficio. Arrivato l'addetto, mi stava così vicino, che mi mancava l'aria.
Dopo alcuni solleciti telefonici, riesco finalmente ad avere un preventivo e poi il sopralluogo per le misure. Alla richiesta di un secondo preventivo con una variante e dopo alcuni solleciti telefonici....niente: né preventivo, né notizie.
Erano solo 4 porte acustiche? Era perché parlavo italiano? O non facevate prima a dire che eravate troppo impegnati?
Alla fine mi sono rivolto ad un concorrente, che in 1 settimana ha fatto sopralluogo, preventivo e firma del contratto.
The worst experience I have had with a supplier in my entire life.
I wanted to buy 4 acoustic doors. After many telephone contacts with the salesman from Bolzano, I was finally able to get an appointment. I show up for the appointment in via Innsbruck: no one to welcome me. I go up to the first floor looking for someone and they even tell me they didn't know their own employee. I had to call him to get him out of the office. When the attendant arrived, he was so close to me that I was out of air.
After a few telephone reminders, I can finally get a quote and then the inspection for the measures. When requesting a second quote with a variant and after a few telephone reminders .... nothing: neither quote, nor news.
Was it just 4 acoustic doors? Was it because I spoke Italian? Or did you not say earlier that you were too busy?
In the end I turned to a competitor, who in 1 week made an inspection, estimate and signing of the contract.
