★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al Montecristo ho mangiato arrosticini e credo fossero i migliori che mangio da tempo. Ottimi quelli carne, indimenticabili quelli di fegato con pezzetti di cipolla. Corposi, succosi, cotti fuori e teneri dentro, con la giusta dose di fumo e di sale. Perfetti! Fresco e profumato il paneolio, accogliente la sala, gentile il servizio al tavolo e al banco. Fuori dalla porta c'è Campo Imperatore... serve altro?
At Montecristo I ate arrosticini and I think they were the best I've eaten in a long time. The meat ones are excellent, the liver ones with onion pieces are unforgettable. Full-bodied, juicy, cooked on the outside and tender on the inside, with the right amount of smoke and salt. Perfect! The bread-oil is fresh and fragrant, the dining room is welcoming and the table and counter service is kind. Outside the door is Campo Imperatore ... do you need anything else?
