Negozio con ampia esposizione di accessori per la cucina e articoli regalo come candele Y.C., profumatori ambiente, ecc. Personale gentile. Corridoi poco ampi, bisogna muoversi con attenzione se molto affollato. Nel complesso un buon punto vendita della catena Kasanova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine effettuato online e arrivato in negozio rotto, per la seconda volta, la prima volta in un altro punto vendita ma con lo stesso prodotto. L'unica soluzione a detta della commessa era effettuare in autonomia il reso in quanto il negozio online "non è la stessa cosa del negozio fisico". Nessuna spiegazione su come rendere e nessuna scusa a nome dell'azienda ma colpa scaricata totalmente al corriere. Morale della favola, sono uscito dal negozio con in mano il prodotto danneggiato, per la seconda volta. Assurdo come un prodotto in vetro venga consegnato con un packaging così inadatto, e senza alcuna segnalazione di pacco fragile. Assistenza clienti inesistente e clienti trattati in maniera vergognosa.
Order placed online and arrived in the store broken, for the second time, the first time in another store but with the same product. According to the order, the only solution was to make the return independently as the online store "is not the same as the physical store". No explanation on how to return and no apology in the name of the company but blame totally discharged to the courier. Moral of the story, I left the shop with the damaged product in my hand, for the second time. Absurd how a glass product is delivered with such an unsuitable packaging, and without any indication of a fragile package. Non-existent customer support and customers treated shamefully.
