Ideale per giri in mtb l’ho raggiunto salendo da Grisolia monte poi proseguendo verso pantanelle ed attraversando un fiume in secca, si passa dalla parte di Maierà ai piedi del Carpinoso. Proseguendo su una ripida salita sterrata si raggiunge una piana E da lì si può decidere se scendere verso il paese di Maierà oppure proseguire in salita verso la parte alta e discendere a Buonvicino. Mount Carpinoso offers a wonderful view over the Riviera Dei Cedri. Ideal for mountain biking, I reached it by climbing up from Grisolia mountain then continuing towards Pantanelle and crossing a dry river, passing by the Maierà side at the foot of the Carpinoso. Continuing on a steep dirt slope you reach a plain and from there you can decide whether to go down towards the town of Maierà or to continue uphill towards the upper part and descend to Buonvicino.
