G	Giulia Busato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rifugio immerso nella natura, con vista panoramica bellissima ma in pochi minuti si arriva al paese, quindi comodo anche per chi ha bambini. Abbiamo pernottato per 2 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo, accoglienza ottima, pulizia ottima, cucina "buonissima" per grandi e piccoli. Personale molto informato sulla zona per chiedere informazioni. Un posto dove viene voglia di ritornare! Refuge surrounded by nature, with a beautiful panoramic view but in a few minutes you can reach the town, therefore also convenient for those with children. We stayed for 2 nights and we had a great time, excellent hospitality, excellent cleanliness, "very good" cuisine for adults and children. Staff very knowledgeable about the area to ask for information. A place where you want to return!
S	Susanna Iegre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati a cena in due il 17 agosto, ordinato alle ore 20,18 la nostra cena( la certezza dell'orario è importante per spiegare cosa è successo) .Un piatto di gnocchi ed un risotto, alle 20,30 arriva il piatto con il risotto( erano passati 12 minuti) vado ad assaggiare e come prevedibile era crudo ( non al dente proprio crudo), faccio presente la cosa alla cameriera che mi dice che riferisce in cucina non accennando minimamente ad una scusa. Attendo la cameriera per avere spiegazioni e mi fa un " breve corso di cottura di risotto" e mi dice che il cuoco usa il timer , io rispondo che il tempo trascorso non corrispondeva al tempo indicato della cottura e che forse il cuoco aveva impostato male il timer ,dando ancora a lei e al cuoco la possibilità di rimediare ,non avendo avuto nessun tipo di riscontro né nel proporre qualche altra pietanza ne tanto meno di scuse ce ne siamo andati pagando due primi un bicchiere di vino e una bottiglia d'acqua 33 € e tanta amarezza. Gente che non sa stare al pubblico. Two of us had dinner on August 17th, ordered our dinner at 8.18 pm (the certainty of the time is important to explain what happened). the risotto (12 minutes had passed) I go to taste and as expected it was raw (not al dente just raw), I point this out to the waitress who tells me that she reports in the kitchen without hinting at an excuse. I await the waitress for explanations and she gives me a "short course of cooking risotto" and tells me that the cook uses the timer, I reply that the time elapsed did not correspond to the indicated cooking time and that perhaps the cook had set the timer, still giving her and the cook the opportunity to remedy, having not had any kind of feedback nor in proposing some other dish nor any apology we left paying two first courses for a glass of wine and a bottle of water 33 € and a lot of bitterness. People who don't know how to be with the public.
G	Gioia Pari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati qualche giorno in questo rifugio davvero degno di questo nome: se cercate un posto in mezzo al verde, immerso nella natura, senza la necessità di dover prendere l'auto per dover fare percorsi o del sano trekking siete nel luogo più giusto. Pulito, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è sicuramente la cucina: ottima, curata nel dettaglio e tutto a km 0. Si percepisce chiaramente che chi cucina lo fa per passione. Altro punto di forza, che in altri posti è pressoché impossibile da trovare, è il servizio: tralasciando la gentilezza, che questa si spera sia ovunque, non ho mai trovato una un personale così preparato in ciò che viene servito. Ed in questo caso mi riferisco a Elena, sapeva perfettamente la derivazione di ogni prodotto che avevamo nel piatto (e per derivazione intendo azienda agricola, tipologia di prodotto, come viene fatto, ecc..) e davvero abile nel consigliare i giusti abbinamenti di marmellate, vini, formaggi e tutto il resto. Animali ammessi con occhio di riguardo anche per loro. I proprietari sono due ragazzi alla quale consiglio davvero di dare fiducia. Torneremo sicuramente ! We stayed a few days in this refuge really worthy of the name: if you are looking for a place in the middle of the green, surrounded by nature, without the need to take the car to have to do paths or healthy trekking, you are in the right place. Clean, welcoming and with attention to detail. But the thing that struck me most is certainly the cuisine: excellent, attention to detail and all at 0 km. It is clear that those who cook do it for passion. Another strong point, which in other places is almost impossible to find, is the service: aside from the kindness, which hopefully is everywhere, I have never found a staff so prepared in what is served. And in this case I am referring to Elena, she perfectly knew the derivation of each product we had on the plate (and by derivation I mean farm, type of product, how it is made, etc. ..) and really skilled in recommending the right combinations of jams , wines, cheeses and everything in between. Pets allowed with special attention to them too. The owners are two guys who I really recommend to trust. We will definitely be back!

Ottimo chef, piatti squisiti e molto equilibrati. Non consigliato ma CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!! Bravi bravi e ancora bravi WONDERFUL… beyond expectations !!! Service from 10 and praise MariaElena professional, always smiling and knows how to advise you at best. Claudio? Excellent chef, exquisite and very balanced dishes. Not recommended but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!! Good good and still good

Servizio impeccabile e cordiale, ambiente semplice ma accogliente e pulito. Apprezzabile anche la carta vini, bravi! Passion and courage! To admire the philosophy of these two young boys: enough to the exaggerated portions of refuge and more quality and refinement. Impeccable and friendly service, simple but welcoming and clean environment. The wine list is also appreciable, good!

C	Claudio Wed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received the suggestion to pay the Alpenrose a visit from our hotelier and our whole stay was a joy. The service was excellent, very attentive and genuine. The menu is purposefully kept small to keep the quality standards as high as possible. And it really shows. Each dish was prepared with visible dedication and was outstanding. All our four dishes were a very pleasantly surprising combination of local dishes, regional ingredients and a touch of haute cuisine. We will definitely be visiting again!
