★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di richiedere l'assistenza su di una caldaia a gas, la quale per una serie di motivi andava in blocco subito dopo che venisse accesa.
Devo dire che l'alta professionalità messa in atto sia dal tecnico e dal loro centro, mi ha permesso di consolidare la fiducia che ho sempre nutrito sul brand Riello, rafforzata dal personale intervenuto per l'occasione.
Hanno dimostrato in tutte le fasi (chiamata e intervento) una speciale e univoca dedizione, a voler risolvere il problema.
Mi sono sentito sempre molto a mio agio per le spiegazioni alle domande chieste nel merito.

I was able to request assistance on a gas boiler, which for a variety of reasons went into lockout immediately after it was turned on.
I must say that the high professionalism implemented by both the technician and their center allowed me to consolidate the trust I have always had in the Riello brand, strengthened by the staff who attended for the occasion.
They have shown in all phases (call and intervention) a special and unique dedication to wanting to solve the problem.
I have always felt very comfortable with the explanations to the questions asked on the merits.
Kudos to their staff.
