Department store where you can find everything but really everything including candies ..... Very competent and nice jobs ..... Thanks Susanna you were fantastic .... I recommend it !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ipermercato al centro della città con al suo interno molti articoli di origine cinese, diciamo che gli articoli presenti al suo interno sono molti e non essendo grandissimo si da fatica a trovarli...anche perché c è un po di caos negli scaffali . Devo dire pero che almeno il nuovo spazio all esterno adibito per articoli da giardinaggio e fiori risulta essere un buon luogo dove acquistare.

I must say, however, that at least the new outdoor space used for gardening items and flowers turns out to be a good place to shop.

Perché se un cliente chiede il prezzo di un articolo anche se etichettato non si può rispondere: "signora ma c'e' l'etichetta"!!! Se poi alle casse vedo due commesse ognuna in una cassa e la prima che vedo è vuota, non si può dire: " no signora...non è la stessa cosa,deve andare dall'altra parte"!!! UNA VOLTA IL CLIENTE AVEVA SEMPRE RAGIONE!!!! Pessima esperienza,non ci metteremo mai più piede né tantomeno lo consiglieremo ad altri!! Un consiglio per il titolare,cambi totalmente il personale,le conviene, perché in tempi come questi io il lavoro me lo terrei caro,a differenza delle sue commesse, parola di una che ha fatto la commessa!!
Rude staff, listless and with a total lack of professionalism !! Because if a customer asks for the price of an item even if it is labeled, you cannot answer: "Madam but there is a label" !!! And if at the checkout I see two orders each in a box and the first one I see is empty, you can't say: "no ma'am ... it's not the same thing, you have to go to the other side" !!! ONCE THE CUSTOMER WAS ALWAYS RIGHT !!!! Bad experience, we will never set foot again nor will we recommend it to others !! A tip for the owner, totally change the staff, it suits you, because in times like these I would keep my work dear to me, unlike your orders, word of one who made the order !!
