Richiamato a distanza di una settimana, medesima risposta. Alla terza identica risposta, dopo 4 settimane, ho rinunciato.
I called about a problem on the private part of the condominium heating system (with a thermal power plant managed by them). I got a 'let's get organized and call you back'. Called back one week later, same answer. To the third identical answer, after 4 weeks, I gave up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima azienda! lenti sia nella istallazione che nella riparazione, ci è voluta una settimana per aggiustarmi una caldaia... costosi pur usando pezzi usati e riciclati da altre caldaie e cosa peggiore di tutte personale scortese! sono venuti da me due "tecnici", un ex elettricista che era più impegnato a parlare di usa figlia a cavallo e un altro sovrappeso costantemente nervoso e scorbutico. io la chiamerei clima nemico, vergognosa la professionalità di questa azienda, mi meraviglio che siano ancora aperti
bad company! slow in both installation and repair, it took a week to fix a boiler ... expensive while using used and recycled parts from other boilers and worst of all rude staff! Two "technicians" came to me, a former electrician who was more busy talking about his daughter on horseback and another overweight who was constantly nervous and grumpy. I would call it an enemy climate, shameful the professionalism of this company, I am amazed that they are still open
