I called gemmec on the recommendation of a friend and I am completely satisfied. Accurate and fast, they came within the day and fixed the boiler immediately solving the problem immediately. The staff were friendly and helpful both on the phone and at home. 100% satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si limitano ad installare caldaie. Non eseguono i lavaggi impianto riscaldamento che pubblicizzano. Dicono di rivolgersi ad un idraulico. Loro cosa sono? Peccato visto il sito web sembravano seri ed attrezzati. Non escono nemmeno a verificare la funzionalità dell'impianto. Se invii loro una mail nemmeno rispondono!
They just install boilers. They do not perform the heating system washes that they advertise. They say they go to a plumber. What are they? Too bad since the website seemed serious and equipped. They do not even go out to check the functionality of the system. If you send them an email they won't even reply!

Chiamati Lunedi 26/04 per un problema alla caldaia, sono senza acqua calda e riscaldamento. Richiamati venerdì 30/04 per sollecitare un intervento assolutamente necessario. L'assistenza, se così si può chiamare, interverrà lunedì 03/05 (speriamo).
In pratica 1 settimana di doccia fredda, io e la mia famiglia.
DIFFIDATE
SCANDALOS !!! One star is already too much.
Called Monday 26/04 for a boiler problem, they have no hot water and heating. Call back on Friday 30/04 to request an absolutely necessary intervention. Assistance, if you can call it that, will intervene on Monday 03/05 (we hope).
Basically 1 week of cold shower, me and my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente di poca competenza non consiglio per niente lasciano famiglie a casa senza acqua calda e riscaldamento per settimane..per non parlare del capo Andrea che è proprio una persona poco affidabile e per nulla professionale!! Per nulla attento all’esigenza del cliente!!
Absolutely of little competence I do not recommend at all they leave families at home without hot water and heating for weeks .. not to mention the boss Andrea who is a very unreliable person and not at all professional! Not at all attentive to the customer's needs !!
