Very friendly despite the language barrier. When there for a pedicure. But it was not done properly. Evwn the semipermanent started to come off only after 1 week

$$$$$ I had my nails and toes done here. There service is good. I had a semi-permanent gel in my nails and normal in my toes. i brought my base coat and nail polish and top coat because they don't have nail polish other than nude. It is my first ttime with them, my nails are fragile but i want it long, so i am using gel to hardened it, but they used different kind of gel, it is thin and after when they file it, it becomes thinner, i hope will last, and it wont break easily. I will update my review. Overall, I paid 140 euro + 10 euro for tip. Ask the price first, before you will take an appointment. Update April 24th,2022: So my nails started to fold everytime i do some chores and Inserting on my pocket . Even the one who fixed it told me that she put unevenly the gel on the tip so the reason it may break easily. I took away another 2 star because first, too expensive for 1 week, the shortest lifespan of nail riconstruction i got so far. . Second, The Microscopic thing, for me it's just a gimmick. They didn't gave me a professional explanation why my nail is stress etc. In my opinion they can only do short nails, as shown in their page. They must not accept some services like long nails reconstruction if they can't do it properly. I am willing to pay the price for my nails because it is something for me, but please, do what exactly what i meant. Sorry if i can't avail your 3 weeks guarantee, i can't trust my nails again. Ps they're asking me about "abbonamento". Their work didn't even last for 1 week. How should i subscribe for abbonamento?

I am writing to talk about Ridona. I am so glad that I found this place because I do not speak Italian and thay manage to comunicate with me. They did an excellent job with my nails, they cover my expectations. They were so nice, they had such a good enviroment. I was so relaxed that I would go back in a few days.

The gals were welcoming and sweet, they offered us drinks and snacks. They treated us very professionally and efficiently. They use fortifying powder to make the nails strong and shiny. At the beginning of every treatment they use a special nail microscope to analysis and diagnose the nail structure so they can work on the nails as needed. Definitely going back!
