I thought it was a beauty center but it's actually a basement and they pass it off as a beauty center, the lady at the reception awkward, I ran away.

Ho aspettato un' ora e me ne sono dovuta andare e farla da sola di fretta. Poco seri, disorganizzati e non ho visto questa grande "professionalità" letta nelle recensioni. SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!!! Mai più. Bad is to say the least, appointment requested two weeks before and was never made. I waited an hour and I had to go and do it alone in a hurry. Non ho ricevuto nemmeno delle scuse. R	ROBERTA Fimiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo ?fatto dalla titolare del negozio in persona ,una pulizia del viso extra veloce mai fatta in vita mia :apparecchiatura del vapore guasta premitura finta maschera x il viso fantasma massaggio inesistente !!!! in più devi assorbire tutti i problemi della titolare che mentre ti preme i punti neri (fa finta ) parla al telefono ad alta voce cosa assurda è inconcepibile,ciliegina sulla torta mi ha venduto una crema becos ad un prezzo alto , ma appena tornata a casa mi sono accorto che non mi ha dato il barattolo da 50 ml ma il campioncino da 4 ml incredibile avrei dovuto mandargli la finanza a quella ladrona .... Me ne sono andata infastidita, devo continuare il pacchetto che ho pagato ma non so se tornerò. Non lo consiglio a chi vuole rilassarsi, non mi sentivo in buone mani. Avrei dovuto leggere le recensioni. Strani rumori dal fuori e mi dava un senso di sporco. Second time I come back, semi permanent and manicure € 10, I like the writing (always slightly too attached to the cuticles), clean and personal place very nice and kind!
