Dall'esterno appare un negozietto che però si estende all'interno con prodotti in offerta. Il suo punto forte resta comunque il servizio di riparazione e di ricambi. Io ho potuto acquistare una ruota dell'umidificatore che si era rotta. Al comprarla, per evitare di fare possibili danni ho chiesto di aiutarmi a cambiare la ruota rotta con quella nuova e senza ulteriori costi e con gentilezza mi è stato fatto il favore. Sono passata stamattina con mia madre, la quale è uscita settimana scorsa dall'ospedale per protesi al ginocchio e attualmente è costretta ad usare le stampelle. Abbiamo aspettato parecchi minuti il nostro turno in piedi, nonostante mia madre sia in quelle condizioni. Non c'è una sedia o uno sgabello per far sedere le persone con problemi, se ne sono altamente fregati delle condizioni di mia madre e quando è arrivato il nostro turno abbiamo fatto notare questa cosa e come risposta abbiamo ricevuto dalla signora delle riparazioni solo aggressività e maleducazione. In quel momento io ho ricevuto una chiamata di lavoro e ho dovuto rispondere; mentre ero al telefono con la mia datrice di lavoro, la signora ha pensato bene di spingermi e di dirmi con tono molto maleducato: "Si sposti lei!" Disagio per mia madre, attualmente disabile e disagio per me che oltre a veder soffrire mia madre e sentirla aggredita da queste persone maleducate, sono stata anche spinta dalla signora che lavora lì. Un cane sarebbe stato trattato con maggior rispetto. PER SVOLGERE QUALUNQUE LAVORO BISOGNA SAPERE COS'È L'UMANITÀ, COSA CHE ALLA RICHEL NON SANNO COSA SIA. This place deserves less than one star. Io ho le stampelle, appena uscita dall'ospedale per protesi al ginocchio, sono molto indebolita. Ho atteso parecchi minuti in piedi per il turno e quando è arrivato il nostro, la signora delle riparazioni ha cominciato a urlarci contro con molto sgarbo e aggressività. In quel momento mia figlia ha ricevuto una chiamata di lavoro e quindi ha dovuto rispondere, ma mentre era al telefono è stata spinta dalla signora, la quale con tono molto aggressivo le ha detto: "Si sposti lei!" E ha continuato ad urlare contro di me senza tenere conto del nostro effettivo disagio. Nessuno ha chiesto scusa, nessuno ha capito. Siamo qui in attesa...
