Innanzitutto per le regole anti covid-19 che con correttezza e sicurezza permettono di far passare piacevoli serate agli avventori del locale. Inoltre il Floyd ha una lista di birre notevolissima, varia e di qualità con prezzi in linea con gli standard della zona e della logica del portafoglio. Inoltre è uno dei pochi locali della zona varesotto ad avere biliardo, biliardino, flipper e freccette che permettono di divertirsi con gli amici. Insomma.... Venite assolutamente al floyd e complimenti ai ragazzi del locale per aver pensato un posto del genere del quale si aveva bisogno! Il locale è enorme potrebbero eliminare qualche tavolo e fare un palchetto per la musica dal vivo! Unica pecca i bagni che ricordano quelli del nautilus...trascurati e al piano interrato un po' scomodo per una persona disabile ! Mezz'ora dopo aver ordinato, ci alziamo a chiedere al cameriere e la risposta è che hanno 5 tavoli da servire prima di noi, senza neanche sapere dove siamo seduti . La ragazza dopo un po'si accorge che non è ancora arrivato l'ordine, va a chiedere e magicamente ci viene detto che c'è stato un problema e che sarebbero arrivati presto. Può capitare di smarrire la comanda o di dimenticarsi, ma la risposta dell'operatore è stata scortese e completamente tirata a caso, anche perché altri tavoli arrivati dopo di noi sono stati serviti subito. Inoltre pessima organizzazione per l'utilizzo dei tavoli da biliardo. Nice venue but sadly we had a bad experience with the service. Ne ho assaggiate due ed erano entrambe ottime. Mentre si beve, inoltre, ci si può far mettere in lista per il biliardo e giocare una/due partite al costo di 3/6€ A warm, welcoming venue with a large screen for matches.
