★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente lavorano tanto da non avere bisogno di clienti. Chiamati per la revisione della caldaia mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero richiamata...zero. Li richiamo dopo due settimane per una emergenza acqua calda e mi hanno fatto trascorrere un pomeriggio in attesa di una loro risposta per poi dirmi che non potevano venire. Sono stata per anni loro cliente con contratto annuale. Sono molto delusa. Poca professionalità.
 They probably work so hard they don't need customers. Called to review the boiler they told me they would call me back ... zero. I call them back after two weeks for a hot water emergency and they let me spend an afternoon waiting for their response and then tell me they couldn't come. I have been their annual contract customer for years. I am very disappointed. Little professionalism.
