Può capitare ma la mia esperienza è questa !
Nice shop, nice products, excellent readers' idea, prices scattered around the shop but disappointment for having found two orders with little patience, little attention to customer needs and total lack of mediation skills and Savoir faire .... I work with customers for 12 years and our team, from the abc, have been teaching certain things .... but maybe I will have happened on the wrong day. It can happen but my experience is this!
