★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un trolley questa estate ma tornando a casa ho scoperto che la cerniera era rotta.Tornata da Carpisa per segnalare il problema con fare molto sgarbato mi hanno detto che la rottura era stata sicuramente causata da me e quindi niente sostituzione .
Dopo due giorni sono partita per Parigi e ho dovuto fare avvolgere il trolley con la pellicola sia all'andata che al ritorno per evitare che tutte le mie cose uscissero fuori .
Personale pessimo e sgarbato
I bought a trolley this summer but on my way home I discovered that the zipper was broken. Back at Carpisa to report the problem with being very rude they told me that the break was definitely caused by me and therefore no replacement.
After two days I left for Paris and I had to wrap the trolley with film both on the way out and on the way back to prevent all my things from coming out.
