★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho la card Ovs , arrivata alla cassa ho chiesto alla commessa quanti punti avevo in saldo , lei mi comunica i punti e che avrei avuto uno sconto del 10% . Cosi chiedo di proseguire l’operazione ma a fine transazione mi accorgo che lo sconto non viene applicato . Lo faccio presente alla commessa la quale chiama altre colleghe in supporto confermando la stessa che lo aveva applicato , ma ripetutamente faccio presente che sulla prova d’acquisto non c’è traccia. La collega al supporto mi da conferma che avevo pienamente ragione e che ormai non si poteva più applicare perché avevo pagato con carta di debito e che avrei avuto tempo fino al 30 di novembre per poter usufruire dello sconto.Non mi sembra al quanto giusto obbligare il cliente a fare un’altro acquisto per un errore della cassiera. Pessimo è ingannevole

Negozio ben assortito, personale disponibile. Consigliato.
