Una volta giunti in negozio ti dicono che gli serve il campione e che dopo averlo in sede controllano la disponibilità. Dopo avergli fatto notare che al telefono avevan detto di averlo la loro risposta è stata: ‘’se vuoi è così altrimenti non so cosa dirti’’.
Da evitare assolutamente. Sfacciati.
Not very serious. They answer the phone telling you to go to them from outside Milan, assuring you that they have the change. Once in the store they tell you that they need the sample and that after having it in place they check the availability. After pointing out to them that they had said they were on the phone, their answer was: "if you want, this is otherwise I don't know what to tell you."
To be avoided absolutely. Cheeky.
