★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco questo negozio e i loro titolari da molto tempo e devo dire che da quando si sono trasferiti nei nuovi locali in Via dei Condotti, 78 hanno fatto un grandissimo salto in avanti!
Oltre ad avere tutto quello che riguarda il calcio ed il tempo libero stanno man mano accrescendo i prodotti di altre discipline sportive ed i servizi, come stampe personalizzate per ogni esigenza su loro prodotti e di terzi.
Riguardo al personale ho sempre trovato professionalità e gentilezza.
I have known this shop and their owners for a long time and I must say that since they moved to the new premises in Via dei Condotti, 78 they have made a huge leap forward!
In addition to having everything related to football and leisure, they are gradually increasing the products of other sports disciplines and services, such as personalized prints for every need on their products and third parties.
As for the staff, I have always found professionalism and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine effettuato quasi due mesi fa con pagamento anticipato (avevo chiesto se potevo lasciare un acconto ma è stato preteso il pagamento totale di 169€) e prospettiva di consegna nel giro di un mese.
Non avendo ricevuto contatti da parte del negozio ho provato ripetutamente a chiamare ma senza successo perciò ho scritto su WhatsApp e dopo qualche gg mi hanno risposto di attendere il loro sms.
Nessuna risposta alla mia richiesta di tempistiche e, ad oggi, ancora nessuna novità.
Ritengo che sia un comportamento poco corretto e tutt'altro che professionale.
Order placed almost two months ago with advance payment (I asked if I could leave a deposit but the total payment of € 169 was required) and delivery prospect within a month.
Not having received any contacts from the shop, I repeatedly tried to call but without success so I wrote on WhatsApp and after a few days they replied to wait for their sms.
No response to my request for timing and, to date, still no news.
I think it is an incorrect behavior and anything but professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un ordine per un kit completo della società sportiva in cui gioca mio figlio ma ho chiesto successivamente la possibilità di annullare l'ordine (quando peraltro il materiale era praticamente pronto e disponibile per la stampa).
Totale disponibilità da parte di Davide e di tutto lo staff che hanno atteso con pazienza la mia decisione definitiva e mi hanno assistito in kodo discreto e assolutamente perfetto.
Rimborso di quanto pagati avvenuto in tempi brevi e senza alcuna problematica.
Veramente complimenti per la gestione della situazione ragazzi, non è facile incontrare persone che lavorano in questo modo.
