La mia ragazza si è recata in azienda per avere informazioni su dei mattoni, ma è stata accolta con arroganza e spocchia da due dipendenti che l'hanno detto di prendere un'appuntamento, forse non eravamo clienti abbastanza appetibili. Peccato perché la cortesia sta alla base di ogni attività commerciale, ovviamente non ci recheremo più in questo posto inospitale.
I have seen several conflicting reviews and alas mine is one of the negative ones. My girlfriend went to the company to get information on some bricks, but she was greeted with arrogance and arrogance by two employees who told her to make an appointment, maybe we weren't attractive enough customers. Too bad because courtesy is the basis of every commercial activity, obviously we will no longer go to this inhospitable place.

Ho contattato il numero Whatsapp che ho trovato sul loro sito per avere delle informazioni su del Parquet, e ho avuto il piacere di conoscere il fantastico signor Stefano.
Voglio precisare che vivo a Londra e sto effettuando una ristrutturazione in "remoto" a Firenze, per cui potete immaginarvi quanto e' complicato...
Non solo Stefano mi ha risposto immediatamente, nonostante fosse tardi, fornendomi tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno.
Inoltre (incredibile assistenza e devozione al cliente) il giorno successivo mi ha mandato il video dello showroom, e dopo aver selezionato il parquet che ci interessava e' andato di persona in magazzino, mi ha fatto tutte le foto dello stock, aprendo delle scatole e mostrandomi i pezzi con spessori/misure e mettendomi i listelli in posizione per avere una idea migliore della resa e dei colori...
Senza parole, una gentilezza e professionalità rarissime da trovare.
Salvatevi questo indirizzo, comprerò da loro anche per la mia casina qua a Londra!!!
