M	Michela Castrichella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso l' agenzia di Velletri giovedì 14/05 e nonostante questo periodo pandemico e quindi con personale ridotto, ho ricevuto un ottimo servizio in quanto la documentazione da me richiesta è stata consegnata il martedì successivo, ovvero in anticipo rispetto alla data stabilita. I went to the Velletri agency on Thursday 14/05 and despite this pandemic period and therefore with reduced staff, I received an excellent service as the documentation I requested was delivered on the following Tuesday, or in advance of the established date .

Prenotato con web tiket arrivo con 10 minuti di anticipo e mi fanno attendere fuori la porta di ingresso chiusa in attesa che un dipendente mi dica quando arriva il mio turno.Nel momento che mi si invita ad entrare vengo trattata malissimo perché a loro dire mi chiamavano già da un po' e mi presentavo allo sportello , oltre che in ritardo, anche senza modulo che LORO avrebbero dovuto fornirmi all'entrata. Personale arrogante e scortese per nulla disponibile nei confronti dei cittadini. Bad experience. Booked with web tiket, I arrive 10 minutes early and they make me wait outside the closed entrance door waiting for an employee to tell me when my turn is coming. for a while now and I presented myself at the counter, as well as late, even without the form that THEY should have given me at the entrance. Arrogant and rude staff not at all helpful towards citizens.

Francamente noto ormai spesso che ciò che viene definito irrisolvibile a Velletri viene risolto con poco sforzo in altri Uffici Territoriali. The Territorial Office of Velletri is a world unto itself. Frankly, it is now often known that what is defined unsolvable in Velletri is solved with little effort in other Territorial Offices.
V	Valeria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora allo sportello all'entrata una maleducata isterica... se provi a chiedere educatamente una semplice informazione ti mangia viva... Pagate persone maleducate, impreparate , soprattutto nella comunicazione con il cliente per offrire un servizio veramente pessimo. Esci di li con il male al fegato. Consiglio alla signora in questione di darsi una calmata o quantomeno fare un percorso di psicoterapia o una visita psichiatrica...ne ha davvero bisogno! The lady at the counter at the entrance is a rude hysteric ... if you try to ask politely for a simple information she eats you alive ... You pay rude, unprepared people, especially in communication with the customer to offer a really bad service. Get out of there with liver trouble. I advise the lady in question to calm down or at least do a psychotherapy course or a psychiatric visit ... she really needs it!

Il personale allo sportello in difficoltà, alla fine mi ha detto " lei ha ragione ma io non ho torto", e non mi hanno fatto la registrazione. ....non ci sono parole. Incompetenti e presuntuosi è dire poco.
