★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato, soprattutto la signora. Non porterò mai più niente ad aggiustare lì. Per riparare un fornetto elettrico ci hanno messo più di 4 mesi e volendolo ritirare più volte anche rotto ... hanno sempre rifiutato di darmelo in modo agressivo. Mai più.
Rude staff, especially the lady. I will never bring anything back to fix it there. It took them more than 4 months to repair an electric oven and, if they wanted to pick it up several times, they even broke ... they always refused to give it to me in an aggressive way. Never again.

Purtroppo sono stato trattato in modo molto sgarbato e sono stato richiamato per un sopralluogo dei tecnici solo dopo avere inviato un reclamo al produttore del lampadario. Sconsiglio di rivolgersi a questo negozio.
I turned to this company for assistance with a well-known lighting brand. Unfortunately I was treated in a very rude manner and was called back for an inspection by the technicians only after sending a complaint to the manufacturer of the chandelier. I do not recommend contacting this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali non hanno rispetato i tempi di consegna, e nonostante abbia pagato per un preventivo di riparazioe, e questo ci sta, non avendo poi optato per la riparazione in quanto troppo onerosa mi vedo restituire l'eletrodomestico con dei pezzi smontati, giustificandosi che anzi mi era andata bene che non mi é stato restituito completamente smontato e con la presa di alimentazione tagliata. Il tutto concluso con un arrivederci ...mai più.
Unprofessional they did not respect the delivery times, and despite having paid for a repair estimate, and this is there, having not then opted for the repair as it is too expensive, I see myself returning the appliance with disassembled parts, justifying that indeed I was happy that it was not returned to me completely disassembled and with the power socket cut off. All concluded with a goodbye ... never again.

La "signora" se così si può definire credo abbia bisogno di un corso accelerato di educazione.
Richiesta 10 euro per preventivo. Riparazione effettuata senza avere comunicato la spesa e senza essere stati autorizzati a procedere.
Se avessi saputo il costo prima,non basso, non avrei fatto effettuare la riparazione.
Non giudico chiaro ed onesto questo tipo di servizio.

Rudeness and arrogance from quotation to delivery.
The "lady", if it can be defined as such, I believe needs an accelerated education course.
Request 10 euros for quote. Repair carried out without having communicated the expense and without having been authorized to proceed.
If I had known the cost before, not low, I would not have done the repair.
I do not consider this type of service clear and honest.
