m	mluisa palaggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In concomitanza all'acquisto di un forno a incasso ho chiesto se era possibile sostituire il tubo del gas che è posizionato appunto dietro il forno. Risposta affermativa, al costo di Euro 50. Quando sono venuti a installare il forno hanno lasciato il nuovo tubo del gas collegato all'erogatore ma non al piano cottura, affermando che il piano cottura, un po' datato, non è compatibile con i gli attuali tubi di sicurezza. Affermazione rivelatasi successivamente non vera. Se ne sono andati con l'impegno che avrebbero mandato un idraulico di loro fiducia quello stesso pomeriggio. Mai visto nessuno, nè al pomeriggio nè il giorno dopo. A nulla sono valse le mie telefonate sia al pomeriggio che il giorno dopo. Soluzione prospettata: acquistare un nuovo piano cottura. Scuse addotte: non è lavoro nostro. Ma allora perché avete percepito 50 euro, oltre alle 50 per l'installazione del forno? Ho chiesto il rimborso dei 50 euro percepiti indebitamente, ma non ho ricevuto nulla. Si sono anche offerti di fare un "Tappullo" senza garanzia, cosa che ho rifiutato. Il mancato intervento dell'idraulico non è stato in alcun modo giustificato. Devo aggiungere che alle mie telefonate (3 o 4) in due giorni, è sempre stato risposto con cortesia e con promesse e impegni mai mantenuti. La cosa mi sembra una vera presa in giro. È facile essere professionali quando tutto fila liscio, la vera professionalità consiste nel risolvere i problemi e nel non abbandonare il cliente a sè stesso. In conjunction with the purchase of a built-in oven, I asked if it was possible to replace the gas pipe which is positioned just behind the oven. Yes, at the cost of Euro 50. When they came to install the oven they left the new gas pipe connected to the dispenser but not to the hob, stating that the hob, a little dated, is not compatible with the current safety pipes. This statement later proved to be untrue. They left with the promise that they would send a trusted plumber that same afternoon. Never saw anyone, neither in the afternoon nor the day after. My phone calls both in the afternoon and the next day were useless. Proposed solution: buy a new hob. Apologies: it is not our job. So why did you receive 50 euros, in addition to 50 for the installation of the oven? I asked for a refund of the 50 euros unduly received, but I have not received anything. They also offered to do a "Tappullo" with no guarantee, which I declined. The failure of the plumber was in no way justified. I must add that my phone calls (3 or 4) in two days have always been answered with courtesy and with promises and commitments never kept. This seems like a real joke to me. It is easy to be professional when everything goes smoothly, true professionalism consists in solving problems and not abandoning the customer to himself.

Oltre al prodotto che volevo ho trovato Kian, un ragazzo molto gentile e competente che mi ha saputo consigliare al meglio. I bought a washing machine in this shop today. Ho chiamato dicendo che sarei andata ad ordinare una lavatrice, benché li avessi avvisati che avevo un po' di strada da fare e mi avessero assicurato che non c'era problema, sono arrivata 5 minuti dopo l'orario di chiusura e ho trovato tutto chiuso.
