★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato da questo sito in base alle positive recensioni però la mia esperienza non è stata ? il pacco in realtà mi è arrivato dopo 3 settimane...3!Spedizione lenta, fanno vedere disponibilità dei prodotti sul sito però in realtà non li hanno, comunicazione con il venditore lentissima.....non aquisterei mai, e poi si pago spese di spedizione con il corriere gls perché ricevo il pacco con le poste italiene?....
 Ordered from this site based on positive reviews but my experience was not ? the package actually arrived after 3 weeks ... 3! Slow shipping, show availability of products on the site but in reality they do not have them, communication with the slow seller ..... I would never buy, and then I pay shipping costs with the courier gls because I receive the package with the Italian postal service? ....

Il servizio è stato eccellente e puntuale rispettando i tempi di consegna da loro indicati. Sicuramente se avessi di bisogno contatterò nuovamente la società Rossi ricambi di Messina, soddisfattissimo per il costo del ricambio nettamente ridottissimo rispetto ai rivenditori che ho contattato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un recipiente per il mio robot da cucina. Arrivato non si riusciva ad adattare. Mi hanno reinviato il pezzo sostituito con lo stesso problema. La loro risposta :"ci rispedisca al nostro indirizzo e le inviamo rimborso".
E la spedizione chi la paga? Non si sono fatti piu sentire. AMAZON è una garanzia contrariamente a loro.

I ordered a bowl for my food processor. Arrived he could not adapt. They sent the replaced piece back to me with the same problem. Their response: "send us back to our address and we will send you a refund".
And who pays the shipment? They have not been heard anymore. AMAZON is a guarantee contrary to them.

Ad aprile ho ordinato "MOTOVENTILATORE VENTILATORE FRIGORIFERO NO-FROST ARISTON INDESIT WHIRLPOOL " dalle foto del prodotto che hanno sul loro sito semra identico al mio, pero quando l'ho ricevuto era un prodotto di scarsa qualità made in Turky, gira nel senso opposto, ho dovuto aprirlo e girare le calamite in modo di buttare l'aria sul motore del frigorifero.
Non m'è piaciuto il fatto di ricevere un prodotto non simile a quello mostrato nelle foto sul sito di rossiricambi.
Cosa positiva: erano veloce a mandarmi il prodotto solo dopo un paio di ore dall'acquisto, ben imballato.

In April I ordered "ARISTON INDESIT WHIRLPOOL NO-FROST REFRIGERATOR FAN MOTOR FAN" from the product photos they have on their site always identical to mine, but when I received it it was a poor quality product made in Turky, it turns in the opposite direction, I had to open it and turn the magnets to blow air on the refrigerator motor.
I did not like the fact of receiving a product not similar to the one shown in the photos on the rossiricambi website.
Positive thing: they were quick to send me the product only after a couple of hours of purchase, well packed.
