★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio di pasta fresca ma anche locale perfetto per una pausa pranzo gustosa, che tu venga da lavoro o sia in centro per una passeggiata. Non esco mai senza averne comprata un po'. La pasta fresca è davvero ottima, consigliatissimi i plin ripieni di amatriciana.
 Fresh pasta workshop but also a perfect place for a tasty lunch break, whether you come from work or are in the center for a walk. I never go out without buying some. The fresh pasta is really excellent, the plin stuffed with amatriciana is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entre la place Navone et le Panthéon, petit restaurant moderne qui propose des pâtes fraîches réalisées sur place et proposées à la dégustation sur place ou à emporter. C'est délicieux... Et un peu cher... Mais ça vaut le détour.
Between Place Navone and the Panthéon, a small modern restaurant which offers fresh pasta made on site and offered for tasting on site or to take away. It's delicious ... And a bit pricey ... But it's worth the detour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent pasta! During our Italy trip, this was by far the best pasta we tried - they give you the option to order pasta of 50g only, which permits you to try different types of pasta. We loved the concept! We also didn't find it too expensive (40 euros for two) for around 400 g of pasta, one big bottle of water, bread and coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What else than fresh made pasta made in front of you to understand how beautiful Italian food is? I was impressed by the kindness of the waiter, a girl that knew to speak French Italian English and much more. She was super helpful and explained us everything we were expecting from this place from the multitude of products that are sold in housemate and the beautiful Wine I strongly recommend this place for anyone who loves good pasta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fresh pasta. You can see how it is made. It is delicious and has that umami taste above all other places I have tried so far. It simply put it is a must taste place for fresh pasta in Rome. The wine selection served by glass is better than most place. Simply put is perfect place for lunch.
