★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire. Compro i tortellini qui da circa 40, da quando erano nella vecchia, sempre in zona. Taddei è un'istituzione. Ne ho provati altri nella mia vita, ma i suoi tortellini non si battono.
What to say. I've been buying tortellini here for about 40, since they were in the old one, always in the area. Taddei is an institution. I've tried others in my life, but its tortellini don't beat it.

I took a lasagna with asparagus once (therefore non-evidential review). Good creaminess, slightly strong cheese flavor, indistinguishable asparagus flavor. Price for small lasagna € 10.50

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei pochi direi pastificifi di Prati a Roma che tutti i giorni preparano la pasta fatta come le nostre nonne e mamme. Vi ricordate quando si facevano i preparativi in casa la domenica?? Ebbene, loro ancora mantengono la traizione del buono, con le uova e farina. A questo si aggiungono altri loro cavalli di battaglia come cannelloni, ravioli. lasagne, tortellini ed altre bontà che ti rimandano ai ricordi.
Buoni i prezzi come la loro qualità...
One of the few I would say pasta factories of Prati in Rome that every day prepare pasta made like our grandmothers and mothers. Do you remember when making preparations at home on Sunday ?? Well, they still keep the trait of the good, with eggs and flour. To this are added their other workhorses such as cannelloni, ravioli. lasagna, tortellini and other goodies that remind you of memories.

The best ravioli with ricotta and spinach in Rome! And also lasagna are ?, to try the citrus fruit or the mushroom and truffle one. I live on the other side of Rome and I go there on purpose.

Great variety of fresh pasta. Excellent traditional lasagna with meat sauce and white lasagna with artichokes. Tortellini are also very good and tasty.

Assaporando una buonissima lasagna al ragù che sembra fatta in casa , ho pensato che non avrei saputo farla meglio. Il segreto sono le materie prime utilizzate di prima qualità e poi l’amore nel fare un prodotto artigianale . Grazie !!!
I have been using Taddei for years but I have never left my thoughts, today I want to do it. Savoring a very good lasagna with meat sauce that seems homemade, I thought that I could not have done it better. The secret is the first quality raw materials used and then the love in making an artisanal product. Thank you !!!
