Il punto forte è la possibilità di scegliere vari tagli di diversi tipi di carne sia italiana che non. Abbiamo scelto la costata di Rubia Gallega: ottima qualità e cotta molto bene. Contorni rivedibili. Carta dei vini molto contenuta, potrebbe essere ampliata almeno nel versante dei rossi. Non è parsa idonea la scelta di proporre un solo tipo di dolce ("di San Valentino") peraltro un po' anonimo e senza che la cosa fosse stata anticipata in fase di ordinazione. Se si decide di aprire nel giorno di chiusura, deve comunque esserci una certa possibilità di scelta. Prezzo onesto. We went to this restaurant on the occasion of the extraordinary opening for Valentine's Day. The strong point is the possibility to choose various cuts of different types of meat both Italian and non. We chose Rubia Gallega's rib: excellent quality and very well cooked. Revisable side dishes. Very limited wine list, it could be expanded at least in the red side. The choice of proposing only one type of dessert ("Valentine's Day") did not seem appropriate, however, a little anonymous and without the thing having been anticipated during the ordering phase. If you decide to open on the closing day, there must still be some choice. Honest price.

Ottimo tutto dagli antipasti ai dolci! For those who love meat it is a guarantee! Peccato per la carta dei vini non all'altezza della carne e la sala posteriore troppo rumorosa. Fabulous Florentine it has been a while since I ate them so tasty and soft. Too bad for the wine list not up to par and the rear room too noisy.

Il tagliere di salumi era veramente ottimo con prodotti semplici ma di prima qualità poi siamo passati ai primi con degli gnocchi superbì ma le tagliatelle con il ragù di carne battuta a coltello è stato una squisitezza strepitosa peccato che con l’entrè non siamo riusciti ad assaggiare i secondi perché veramente sazi. Ma l’espositore delle carni che vedete in foto parla da solo. Per finire abbiamo assaggiato le uvette sotto grappa fatte come una volta dalle nostre nonne ed è stato un tripudio di gioia. Grazie di tutto ai proprietari che hanno saputo unire la tradizione alla modernità conservando ciò che c’era di ottimo. 5 stelle perché di più non si può ma per me sarebbero 10! Complimenti We happened by chance without too much conviction of the choice made, we came out totally satisfied in all senses. The platter of cold cuts was really excellent with simple but top quality products then we moved on to the first courses with superbì gnocchi but the tagliatelle with the meat sauce beaten with a knife was an amazing delicacy sin that with the entrè we were not able to taste the latter because they are really full. But the meat display you see in the photo speaks for itself. Finally we tasted the raisins under grappa made as they once were by our grandmothers and it was a riot of joy. Thanks for everything to the owners who have been able to combine tradition with modernity while preserving what was excellent. 5 stars because more is not possible but for me it would be 10! Well done

Dolci fatti in casa buoni molto pulito ed elegante ed il personale gentile ed educato.. I tovaglioli magari, meglio di stoffa.. Gastronomic discovery! Meat is an explosion of flavor on the palate! Very good and cooked (as regards the cut) very well. Good homemade desserts very clean and elegant and the staff polite and polite .. The napkins maybe, better than cloth ..
