La scelta è caduta su Restaurea per vari motivi: la competenza sulle materie, l’esperienza ventennale nel settore, il prezzo competitivo. Mi ha seguita Giovanni Caberlotto, uno dei titolari: ha saputo ascoltare le mie esigenze, guidarmi nelle scelte migliori da fare, dato consigli su moltissime cose (luci, bagni, layout degli spazi). Il cammino della ristrutturazione e’ stato veloce, organizzato, coordinato e non ha avuto alcun intoppo! Tutto lo staff (composto da muratori, elettricisti ed idraulici) è competente, educato, attento e molto professionale. La mia esperienza con loro è stata assolutamente positiva al punto che se potessi inizierei subito un altro restauro. Allego delle foto perché credo possano rendere l’idea di cosa siano capaci di fare, aldilà di tante parole ( l’appartamento era del 1972 e non aveva subito alcun restauro prima). Giovanni Caberlotto, one of the owners, followed me: he was able to listen to my needs, guide me in the best choices to make, gave advice on many things (lights, bathrooms, layout of the spaces). The restructuring process was fast, organized, coordinated and had no hitch! All the staff (made up of bricklayers, electricians and plumbers) are competent, polite, attentive and very professional. My experience with them has been absolutely positive to the point that if I could I would immediately start another restoration. I am attaching photos because I think they can give an idea of what they are capable of doing, beyond many words (the apartment was built in 1972 and had not undergone any restoration before). L'intervento di cui necessitavo prevedeva rifacimento completo dell'impianto elettrico ed idraulico, rifacimento dei bagni e della cucina, scassi e ripristini di varie murature, installazione impianto di condizionamento, cartongessi e dipinture di tutto. Cercavo una ditta che mi potesse seguire a 360° pertanto mi sono affidato a Restaurea. Ditta composta da persone serie e qualificate dei veri professionisti del settore, con loro è stato tutto molto semplice e veloce anticipando addirittura i tempi preventivati.
