A	Aleksandar A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La centralinista spesso sembra proprio riataccare il telefono in orario di lavoro, almeno questo e' quello che si percepisce chiamando visto che si prende la linea ma questa cade imediatamente, e si sente proprio come una cornetta che viene riataccata. Inoltre ho chiamato io, che ho un'accento straniero, e mi e' stato detto che il giorno X non c'era posto per il tampone Covid PCR, ma online sul loro sito risultavano posti disponibili. Quindi ha richiamato un mio amico italiano subito dopo per me e magicamente gli e' stato deto che c'era posto. Quindi o con me si e' sbagliata (e se gli capita spesso fa perdere fatturato all'azienda) o peggio. Comunque dalla mia impressione (magari sbagliata, magari giusta) la signorina riattaccando il telefono (a meno che non abbiano problemi seri alla linea) e sbagliando (si spera e suppone in buona fede) a dare info sulla disponibilita' dei posti sicuramente danneggia l'azienda oltre che i malcapitati come a me. The switchboard operator often seems to hang up the phone during working hours, at least this is what you perceive when calling since you take the line but it drops immediately, and you feel just like a handset being hung up. I also called myself, who have a foreign accent, and was told that on day X there was no room for the Covid PCR swab, but there were places available online on their website. So he called an Italian friend of mine right after for me and magically he was told there was room. So either he was wrong with me (and if it happens often he makes the company lose turnover) or worse. However from my impression (maybe wrong, maybe right) the young lady hanging up the phone (unless they have serious problems with the line) and making a mistake (hopefully and assumes in good faith) to give info on the availability of seats certainly damages the company as well as unfortunates like me.

Ore 8.10 il tutto perfettamente eseguito con l’usuale priverbiale competenza, professionalità, cortesia ed infine simpatia di tutte e tre le Operatrici. Una delle poche realtà in Mestre in cui il connubio qualità ed etica prodlfessionale sono un tutt’uno. Studio Assolutamente consigliato..!! Ma allora dico: perché fate le prenotazioni on line con orario? La sgradevolezza dell'operatrice ha reso l'esperienza unica. Naturalmente è stata l'ultima volta. I strongly advise against. I book a blood test online and find myself waiting half an hour in a room full of people waiting for a swab. But then I say: why do you make reservations online with time? The unpleasantness of the operator made the experience unique. Of course it was the last time.
