Wir hatten uns für ein 5 Gänge Menü entschieden mit Weinbegleitung. Wir leisten uns das Preisniveau nicht jede Woche, aber Preis-/Leistung war absolut in Ordnung. Wir haben wirklich sehr, sehr gut gegessen. Jedes Gericht war ein Geschmackserlebnis. Die Gnocchi (Mit spezieller Teigmisching) der absolute Hammer. Das Asado war ein Gedicht. Die Weinbegleitung auch sehr gut gewählt. Man konnte auch Alternativwünsche äußern. Man kann auch die Einzelgerichte der Menüs auswählen, wenn man kein Menü möchte. Der Service war sehr persönlich und authentisch, das Stadele innen nicht wie die typischen Gourmettempel sondern edel, aber gemütlich. Fazit: Bitte weiter so, wir kommen sicher wieder ( aus München).
We opted for a 5 course menu with accompanying wines. We don't afford the price level every week, but the price/performance ratio was absolutely fine. We ate really, really well. Every dish was a taste experience. The gnocchi (with a special mixture of dough) are absolutely amazing. The asado was a poem. The wine accompaniment was also very well chosen. You could also express alternative wishes. You can also select the individual dishes from the menus if you don't want a menu. The service was very personal and authentic, the inside of the Stadele was not like the typical gourmet temples but noble but comfortable. Conclusion: Please keep it up, we'll definitely be back (from Munich).

Posto incantevole e molto curato, ma a mio avviso non all'altezza del prezzo pagato, cominciando dal servizio lentissimo anche se il locale non sembrava essere pieno, carta del menù molto caotica non si capisce se quello che stai per ordinare sia un antipasto o un primo/secondo. Piatti abbastanza buoni ma considerando il prezzo richiesto si potrebbe fare molto meglio. Carta dei vini a partire con prezzi troppo elevati per vini proposti. Non ci ritornerei.
Lovely place and very nice, but in my opinion not up to the price paid, starting with the slow service even if the place did not seem to be full, very chaotic menu card it is not clear if what you are about to order is an appetizer or a first second. Fairly good dishes but considering the asking price you could do much better. Wine list starting with prices too high for wines offered. I would not go back.

Ein Kleinod mit umwerfend guter Küche. Ein Zusammenspiel aus alt gewachsenem und Postmoderne. Klassische Kochkunst trifft kreative Küchenphilosophie mit saisonaler Ausrichtung. Perfekt gewürzt und traumhaft präsentiert. Das angebaute Gästehaus spiegelt das Restaurant zu 100 % Wer hier nicht stehen bleibt , verpasst etwas wunderbares.
A gem with stunningly good cuisine. An interplay of old and postmodern. Classic culinary art meets creative kitchen philosophy with a seasonal orientation. Perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The attached guest house mirrors the restaurant 100% If you don't stop here, you're missing out on something wonderful.

Sehr gute, schmackhafte Küche in gemütlicher und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ambiente. Das hat natürlich seinen Preis.
Very good, tasty cuisine in a cozy and tastefully furnished ambience. This of course has its price.

Locale molto curato e suggestivo, ex-fienile ristrutturato con tanto dì cantina ex-stalla. Cibo altrettanto curato, peccato per la striminzita scelta dei piatti. Peccato anche per l’aggiunta dì ben 4€ / portata se si prende solo un primo… ma perché? Per il resto niente da eccepire.
Very well-kept and evocative place, a renovated ex-barn with a lot of ex-stable cellar. Equally well-kept food, shame about the skimpy choice of dishes. Too bad also for the addition of 4 € / course if you only take a first course ... but why? For the rest, nothing to complain.
