★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione, incoscienza ed ignoranza..... solo cosi posso giudicare questo cafè,visto che siamo venuti qui per far colazione, nonostante avessimo manifestato più volte di un’allegria alle nocciole, ci veniva proposto dalla cameriera un cornetto al cioccolato, abbiamo chiesto di nuovo se fosse cioccolato o nutella specialmente ancora una volta per l’allergia, lei ci ha confermato che era cioccolato.
Arriva il cornetto ed era farcito alla nutella...... manifestando il distro disappunto, lei continuava a sminuire l’accaduto dicendo che lei sà solo che sono al cioccolato. Alla cassa continuava ad insistere dando la colpa al titolare e con maleducazione di ha liquidato girandosi di spalle e augurandoci un buon fine settimana! Lo capite che le allergie vanno prese sul serio????? Un adulto riconosce l’allergene in tempo.... un bambino NO! Sveglia!

Rudeness, recklessness and ignorance ..... this is the only way I can judge this cafe, since we came here to have breakfast, although we had repeatedly expressed a hazelnut cheer, the waitress offered us a chocolate croissant, we asked again if it was chocolate or nutella especially once again for the allergy, she confirmed that it was chocolate.
The croissant arrives and was stuffed with nutella ...... manifesting the distro disappointment, she continued to diminish what had happened by saying that she only knows that I am chocolate. At the cash desk he kept on insisting by blaming the owner and with rudeness he liquidated by turning his back and wishing us a good weekend! Do you understand that allergies must be taken seriously ????? An adult recognizes the allergen in time .... a child NO! Wake Up!
